Pros

• Good plan, but plan did not survive at all
• Mortars were solid

Cons

• Too reactive
• Command Assets needed to be used better
• They took east instead of west

Pros

• Great communication at the Command and Section Level
• Troopers improvised very well to the QRF mission
• Use of vehicle bounding techniques was down with great success

Cons

• Using IFVs as a QRF with Infantry dismounts and as an anti-vehicle element was awkward

Pros

• Good communication. Troopers effectively relayed intel up the CoC to great effect.
• AT was on-point. 1.ID relayed they were 'excellent'.
• Medics were effective at playing safe and sustaining the unit and the Platoon.
• Ambitious plan by PL, full respect to him for taking Lead.

Cons

• Deck choice poor for the map, but hindsight is 20/20.
• Felt like we were on the backfoot for a lot of the Operation.
• Significant, significant disconnect across the entire Platoon. Creating sections that are a hodge-podge of troopers from different AOs, platoons, companies, etc. with little time dedicated, or attempts made, to organize the troopers ultimately leads to the Platoon itself not having a clear sense of direction or purpose. Of course, we should be including all that sign up; at the same time, implementing stronger training regiments in anticipation of these Operations will pay dividends with regards to Battalion-wide performance in External PvP.
  • In addition, organizing sections and creating stronger lines of communication prior to the Operation would greatly assist in our performance. Troopers sign up and don't know what to expect until 30min before LIVE is called. I think we'd benefit from getting people in the know earlier.

Pros

• Squad played well together
• Took out 3-4 vehicles with kornets
• Had a fun time overall

Cons

• Kornet usage was a bit hard (countered well)
• Didn't see many enemies
• Too many people acting as forward recon, not enough on point
