PROS:
-Great OP
-We were able to apply accurate CAS on target!
-Great teamwork building experience with my Bravo FTL.

CONS:
-Difficulty flying due to small layer size, so was always in range of AA.
-We weren't able to utilize safe and efficient recon as we hoped.

PROS:

• Great teamwork in squad after a few hiccups, and excellent comms overall.
• better coordination among command sections with good preplanning.
• good armor elements.

CONS:

• While coordination among sections was better, there was a lot of overlapping when a more even spread to secure separate enemy sectors was required.
• We need to use the assets we are given more, especially focusing on air support (including smoke rockets), artillery, and infantry smoke, it is somewhat slower but helps promote survivability.

PROS:
-Great OP
-We were able to take out both infantry and Armored vehicles
-Had great coms inside the IFV

CONS:
-We had difficulty with the amount of MBTs we encountered since we quickly ran out of ammunition that could have done anything against it.

PROS:

• Great teamwork and excellent comms in the section
• Great communications with the Armor and IFV sections.
• People had fun and thought the Operation was well prepared.

CONS:

• Communication on command chat was mediocre between sections and command.

PROS:

• This was a very fun and engaging operation. Very little downtime which is always good to see.
• Clear mission objectives and good commands from OIC.
• My FTL's did an amazing job which lightened my burden and let me get us to where we needed to be.
• I had a trooper join mid OP and he slotted in perfectly which means the OP was ran well and FTL's were on point.
• Direct comms were nice.

CONS:

• I found it very hard to hear which was a me issue.
• Not really a con and more of a game issue but for some reason the direct comms were not sycned up. I had to hit 7 to speak to command which was squad 8.
