B/2/B/2-7 Section Leader Opening
2nd Platoon, Bravo Company is accepting applications for a Squad Leader position for 2nd Squad in 2nd Platoon, Bravo Company (B/2/B/2-7). Everyone interested, regardless of meeting all formal requirements, is encouraged to apply.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be in good standing with no active negative actions
- Maintained the MOS billet for a minimum of 30 days prior to selection.
As a Section Leader, administration of the server is required if on a 7Cav Server, this applies at all times if rank and administration privilege is applicable.
- Daily Duties
- Take Care of Troopers - When on Discord be available for your troopers. Be prompt when responding to requests for assistance over Discord or the forums. Spend time with the troopers in your section.
- Make an effort to meet with members of the Section to build a rapport and ensure a positive working relationship with them.
- Spend time with the leadership within the Platoon/Company/Battalion.
- Ensure information is passed up and down the Chain of Command in a timely manner.
- Weekly Duties
- Accountability - Ensure you are attending and leading your Section practice each week
- Section Practice - Ensure the weekly practice that you led was in line with the Monthly Training Plan (MTP).
- Counseling - Provide guidance and counseling to the Section members as required
- Roll Call - Ensure Section roll calls are up to standard and are posted in the appropriate area of the forums no later then 0100z Monday unless otherwise dictated by Battalion Policy

I do appoint him a SECOND LIEUTENANT in the 7th Cavalry Regiment as such from this 11NOV23. This officer will therefore carefully and diligently discharge the duties of the office to which appointed by doing and performing all manner of things therein to belonging.
I do strictly charge and require those officers and other personnel of lesser rank to render such obedience as it is due an officer of his grade and position. These officers are to observe and follow such orders and directions from time to time as may be given by the General Staff of the 7th Cavalry Regiment or other superior officers acting in accordance with the rules and regulations of the 7th Cavalry Regiment.
This commission is to continue in force during the pleasure of the General Staff of the 7th Cavalry Regiment under the provisions of those rules and regulations relating to officers of the 7th Cavalry Regiment.
