1st Battalion of the 7th Cavalary Gaming Regiment is always open for recruitment for like-minded people that want to experience milsim and tactical realism in a team environment to play ArmA III!

1st Battalion is divided into 3 sub-units that offer different playing experiences in ArmA III:

Alpha Company 1-7 CAV	Bravo Troop 1-7 CAV	Charlie Company 1-7 CAV

Alpha Company is the Aviation Company in the 1st Battalion. It provides both fixed wing and rotary wing Army Aviators. They operate a wide range of aircraft, including the UH-60M Helicopter, AH-64D Attack Helicopter, MH-6 Littlebird Helicopter, CH-47F Heavy Lift Helicopter, as well as a wide range of fixed-wing platforms including the C-130J and A-10.	Bravo Troop is a composite Troop comprised of Armored, Cavalry Scout, and Health Service Support/Combat Service Support. It has 2 Platoons: 1 Armored and HHS/CSS Platoon; and 1 Cavalry Scout Platoon. Bravo Troop Soldiers primarily operate the M1A2 Main Battle Tank, M2A3 Bradley Fighting Vehicle, and M1126/M1127 Stryker.	Charlie Company is a Light Infantry Company that specializes in Airborne and Air Assault Operations. It is tasked to provide a high readiness force to the 1st Battalion through operational mobility. It has 2 Platoons of Light Infantry.

Weekly training events at the squad and platoon level
Monthly training events at the platoon or company level
Weekly operations, typically on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday! Our Arma 3 operations usually consist of 40+ players from all the different companies fulfilling many different combined arms roles.
A custom tailored Modpack hosted on our 3 private or 1 public servers
Various Military Occupational Specialties (MOS) simulated accurately with their own training courses and units
Advanced courses based off of real US Army courses such as Airborne School, Infantry School, medical courses, leadership courses, and more!
A large community with hundreds of people and opportunities for members who display leadership skills to be placed in command positions either as Non-Commissioned Officers or as Commissioned Officers
Operations, events, and courses which cater to a wide variety of timezones in both North America and Europe
Tons and tons of people to meet, play with, and forge bonds of friendship which may last forever! We pride ourselves on being a brotherhood!

Who are we looking for?

18 Years or older
Available to attend 1 hour of mandatory training per week
Have a working microphone
Willing to take on orders and follow the chain of command
Not part of another First Person Shooter clan/unit
Proficient English speaker
