We currently have an opening for the lead position of the S3 ARMA Operations. Below are the duties and responsibility for the position.
The Ops Lead for each game is in charge of all aspects of their sub-department and reports to the S3 Command Staff. They are responsible for the following:
General:
You are primarily responsible for the coordination and maintenance of your operations staff to ensure all operations are produced to a good standard for enjoyment purposes. Obviously, you yourself are able to produce these operations as well, but as lead, you are expected to facilitate others.
Ensure that minimum expectations are being met by staff, that operations produced are to standard, and that operations are run regularly
ALL operations must be reviewed and approved by the game's Operations Lead and/or Assistant Operations Lead before posting to ensure proper quality and that all SOP's have been followed.
Counsel Staff members who fail to meet minimum standards.
Maintain any reference material within your operations department forums.
Be on hand to mentor and assist members in their growth as Ops Staff.
Attempt to resolve any issues at the lowest level possible but send issues up to the next person in the S3 CoC as needed.
Daily:
Take care of your Operations Staff and be available to them at all times when you are online.
Respond to requests for assistance in a timely manner.
Pass down information from S3 Command Staff as quickly as possible.

Weekly:
Review, test, and ensure stability of all missions prior to posting.
2nd Platoon, Bravo Company is accepting applications for a Squad Leader position forAble "Gun Devils", 2nd Platoon, Baker Company, 2nd Battalion, 7th Cavalry (A/2/B/2-7). Everyone interested, regardless of meeting all formal requirements, is encouraged to apply.
Minimum Requirements:
Be in good standing with no active negative actions
Maintained the MOS billet for a minimum of 30 days prior to selection.
Waivers on requirements available per 2BN HQ. Submit an application upon position opening and follow the application process unless company/platoon staff select an ASL to fill the role. Candidates will be reviewed by Staff.
As a Section Leader, administration of the server is required if on a 7Cav Server, this applies at all times if rank and administration privilege is applicable.
Daily Duties
Take Care of Troopers - When on Discord be available for your troopers. Be prompt when responding to requests for assistance over Discord or the forums. Spend time with the troopers in your section.
Make an effort to meet with members of the Section to build a rapport and ensure a positive working relationship with them.
Spend time with the leadership within the Platoon/Company/Battalion.
Ensure information is passed up and down the Chain of Command in a timely manner.
Weekly Duties
Accountability - Ensure you are attending and leading your Section practice each week
Section Practice - Ensure the weekly practice that you led was in line with the Monthly Training Plan (MTP).
Counseling - Provide guidance and counseling to the Section members as required
Roll Call - Ensure Section roll calls are up to standard and are posted in the appropriate area of the forums no later then 0100z Monday unless otherwise dictated by Battalion Policy
