S1 is responsible for the administration of personnel and the administration requirements for the Regiment. Unique to our virtual community, S1 also has responsibility for the visual representation of each trooper as a unique individual, through standards conformant MILPACS and Uniforms.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum rank of Sergeant [E-5], or
Minimum rank of Chief Warrant Officer 2 [W-2], or
Minimum rank of 2nd Lieutenant [O-1]

Expectations:
Oversee the execution of duties assigned to the department by the Regiment with respect to the upkeep and maintenance of personnel records.
You will be responsible for the ongoing health and morale of the department in all respects
Ensure that minimum expectations are being met, updates are being conducted to standard. Counsel Clerks who fail to meet minimum standards. Enforce all departmental rules and regulations.
Perform administrative duties associated with the Department, such as helpdesk tickets, processing disciplinary actions, or any task delegated by IMO HQ.
Create and maintain record citations, or delegate as needed

Charlie Company 1-7 is accepting applications for a Squad Leader position for an airborne infantry squad in First Platoon Charlie Company. Everyone interested regardless of meeting all formal requirements is encouraged to apply.
Your Duties:
Be an exemplary combat leader and teacher
Maintain the gold standard of section practices we provide in Charlie Company First Battalion
Be present and available for your trooper's needs
Handle all administrative duties related to the role of a section leader
Minimum Requirements:
Listed below is the process and requirements for billet selection for SL for all Troopers across the Regiment.
Be in good standing with no active negative actions.
Maintained the MOS billet 11B for a minimum of 30 days prior to application.
Maintained the MOS billet of ASL for a minimum of 30 days prior to selection or submit an application as a Trooper.
Submit a letter of recommendation from your current SL as well as a letter of interest
Exceptions to the above may be made based on the needs of the regiment, and with a waiver approved by the Chief of Staff pursuant to the policy and submitted by the receiving Company Staff. If you are interested in leading but lack any of these requirements, approach your Chain of Command.
