Currently, we are looking for 3 to 4 staff members for this department. We are looking for highly motivated staff to help improve the public operations of the department and help draw more members into the operations. Minimum of rank of PFC is required.

The Public Staff member reports to the S3 Public Staff Lead. They are responsible for the following:
General:
The primary purpose of S3 Public Staff members is to foster organized gameplay on our public HLL servers (Tac1 and Tac2)
By providing leadership and being a conduit for players on the server to organize and work together by fulfilling FTL, SL, and other support element lead positions while playing
By organizing the seeding of the servers as well as running any public server events
All S3 Public Staff members are considered Game Admins and must adhere to all game admin SOPs and enforce all 7Cav Rules and regulations
Daily:
Respond to requests for assistance in a timely manner
Help seed servers
Weekly:
Ensure that you are active on the public servers:
Being active on the public server(s) for one hour a week:
Acting as a leadership element
Seeding
Or assisting players (Game Admin, helping new players, etc)
Running and posting the AAR for public server events

Charlie Company 1-7 is accepting applications for a Squad Leader position for an airborne infantry squad in First Platoon Charlie Company. Everyone interested regardless of meeting all formal requirements is encouraged to apply.
Your Duties:
Handle all administrative duties related to the role of a section leader
Be present and available for your trooper's needs
Maintain the gold standard of section practices we provide in Charlie Company First Battalion
Foster leadership development within your squad and encourage troopers to get involved in extracurricular activities
Minimum Requirements:
Listed below is the process and requirements for billet selection for SL for all Troopers across the Regiment.
Be in good standing with no active negative actions.
Maintained the MOS billet 11B for a minimum of 30 days prior to application.
Maintained the MOS billet of ASL for a minimum of 30 days prior to selection or submit an application as a Trooper.
Submit a letter of recommendation from your current SL as well as a letter of interest to your chain of command
Applications received prior to 25APR22 will be reviewed by Company Staff.
Exceptions to the above may be made based on the needs of the regiment and with a waiver approved by the Chief of Staff pursuant to the policy and submitted by the receiving Company Staff.
