S3 is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the vacant position of "ARMA Public Staff Lead". The Public Staff Lead is in charge of all aspects of the S3 ARMA Public Staff sub-department and reports to S3 Command Staff. They are responsible for the following:​

General Duties:
  • You are primarily responsible for the coordination and maintenance of your Public staff to ensure all ZEUS activities on the Tactical Realism public server are of a good standard for enjoyment purposes. Obviously, you yourself are able to produce these activities as well, but as lead, you are expected to facilitate others.
  • Ensure that minimum expectations are being met by staff, that public staff activities are produced to standard, and that activities are run regularly.
  • Counsel Staff members who fail to meet minimum standards.
  • Maintain any reference material within your department forums.
  • Be on hand to mentor and assist members in their growth as Public Staff.
  • Ensure that all public staff members are up to date on using administration tools (battlemetrics) & ensure that they are not abusing their abilities.
  • Monitor the personnel action forms (PAF's) for new department applications to your staff, post staff assignments/removals, and verbally ICS new Staff.
Daily Duties:
  • Take care of your Public Staff and be available to them at all times when you are online.
  • Respond to requests for assistance in a timely manner.
  • Pass down information from S3 Command Staff as quickly as possible.
Weekly:
  • Ensure that members are maintaining their activity level on the Public server.
  • Maintain a sub-department tracker to keep data on staff accountability.
Monthly:
  • Send any pertinent medal recommendations to S3 Command Staff
