Pros

• Violence of Aggression was ever-present in the second half of the match. Thoroughly, thoroughly impressive show by all. Well coordinated tactics and initiatives were executed that won us the game.
• Armor nailed it. Very big props to our Armor divisions on their performance throughout the game.

Cons

• Infantry could have executed more follow-through on suppression. Responses to heavy fire need to be developed so that aggression can be maintained.
• Command radio could have been a little clearer at times.
• Would have benefited from larger cohort of attendees.

Pros

• Had a blast playing with small fireteam
• Great reaction to contacts and orders to move around the map
• really great cohesion and hanging out together
• Command comms and cohesion was really great awesome leadership from Barbosa!

Cons

• Small unit only had 3 or 4 of us at anytime, would be nice to have larger squads
• big map for not a ton of people
• Some FF incidents due to failure to PID
• Ruleset and comms rules caused a little bit of heartache at times, hard to keep when comms go down when dead
• Recommend armor infantry support take a vic in support rather than mount as causes "all eggs in one basket" scenario that punished us early

Pros

• Great teamwork
• The no map markers make our troopers think and articulate where they are taking fire from.
• Great op overall even if we didn't win.
• Great firefights in the sub pen.
• Not all sides have to have even weapon systems, It gives us something to think how to engage making a smarter trooper.
• Can't wait to see more combined arms PVP operations!
• Good OICing from both the two new Officer Candidate Graduates! Congratulations you two!

Cons

• Maybe a slightly smaller map or layer due to our turn outs.
• The command chat should not be an area to complain on, it only clogs imperative communication.
• I didn't get to drown First Sergeant Hatchet...

• Good command comms for the most part
• Element leaders were all phenomenal

Cons

• Maybe a slightly smaller map or layer due to our turn outs.
• Personally need to work on OIC and maintaining momentum.
