Pros
most troopers had fun, good comms & movement, squad tactics were good, medic working overtime.

Cons
got bunched up from time to time at the squad level, team tactics/coordination could be better timed, a lot times waiting too long to get a push going and start getting picked off, seemed to be told to go one direction only to be immediately changed.

Sustains

• Good usage of Fire Support from the Mortars.
• Good usage of internal communications and Squad tactics.

Improves

• Coordination on the Platoon level - we were not able to bring multiple Squads to the fight at a time. Squads got pinned down by 2-3 man elements.
• Decks felt quite unbalanced. LAVs and HMMWV TOWs ran circles around

Pros

• Overall good practice for platoon wide coordination

Cons

• Comunication between squads needs improvement, elements were very separated
• Decks, even if slightly, felt unbalanced in a way that favored one side over the other
• Rules feel like they could receive an improvement.

Pros

• Tough fight. Fun Op.
• Our Squad did great together. Assault (3/1/B Troopers) + AT (4/1/B Troopers) Fireteams did their jobs well.
• Once we got Armor onto OBJ1, we captured it relatively decisively.
• High participation from Alpha + Bravo made this a true Combined Arms Op against an external opponent.
• Command Comms were solid.
• Great job by our Pilot (Blackwater). He dropped us in some very hot areas without losing the heli.
• Overall, despite a minor victory for our opponent, we did very well, and with some minor adjustments, can absolutely achieve victory next time.

Cons

• We were bogged down by enemy AT Teams the first hour of the OP, which halted progress. Easily fixed next time.
