Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum rank of Specialist [E-4]
• No negative action
• Completion of NCOA Phase I and II

Expectations:

---

• You are primarily responsible for the well-being and maintenance of your school and for directing the activities of the instructors
• Ensure that minimum expectations are being met, training is being conducted to standard, and that courses are being run on a regular schedule. Counsel instructors who fail to meet minimum standards. Enforce all departmental rules and regulations.
• Oversee all new course development within your school
• Maintain your school's course posting announcement templates for all new and current courses
• Maintain your school's tracker to help with accountability
• Help instruct or assist at least one course per month in your school
• Perform other duties as required
