Company Staff - 1SG
- Be in good standing with no active negative actions
- Be at the minimum rank of Sergeant (E-5)
- Letter of interest from Applicant to Battalion SGM and Regimental CSM for review
- Final selection is approved by the relevant Battalion Commanding Officer
- At least 1 Letter of Recommendation from your current CoC
- Letter of interest from Applicant to Lieutenant Colonel Rob.Y , Lieutenant Colonel Emerson.D , Command Sergeant Major Nexhex.A, Sergeant Major West.B for review
- Candidates chosen will be interviewed by Battalion SGM and CSM
- Final selection is approved by the relevant Battalion Commanding Officer

Daily Duties
- Take Care of Troopers - When on Discord be available for your troopers. Be prompt when responding to requests for assistance over Discord or the forums.
- Make an effort to meet with members of Platoon Staff to build a rapport and ensure a positive working relationship with them.
- Spend time with troopers and leadership within your Company.
- Administrative tasks - Ensure transfers, AWOLs, PAF Logs and discharges happen in a timely manner, and monitor them for any changes to the Company Strength.

I will update this post with the most current thread as they are reposted, since every few days I can submit a new one.
