Expectations:

• Instructors are required to assist or lead instruct a course at least once monthly. Those who cannot meet this requirement will require permission from the School Lead to be excused.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Help to create new courses

Minimum Requirements

Company Staff - 1SG​

• Be in good standing with no active negative actions
• Be at the minimum rank of Sergeant (E-5)
• Letter of interest from Applicant to Battalion SGM and Regimental CSM for review
• Final selection is approved by the relevant Battalion Commanding Officer

Application Process

1. At least 1 Letter of Recommendation from your current CoC​
2. Letter of interest from Applicant to Colonel Tharen.R, Lieutenant Colonel Rosefield.M, and Command Sergeant Major Nexhex.A for review​
3. Candidates chosen will be interviewed by Battalion SGM and CSM​
4. Final selection is approved by the relevant Battalion Commanding Officer​

Daily Duties​

• Take Care of Troopers - When on TeamSpeak be available for your troopers. Be prompt when responding to requests for assistance over TeamSpeak, Discord or the forums.
• Make an effort to meet with members of Platoon Staff to build a rapport and ensure a positive working relationship with them.
• Spend time with troopers and leadership within your Company.
• Administrative tasks - Ensure transfers, AWOLs, PAF Logs and discharges happen in a timely manner, and monitor them for any changes to the Company...
