S3 is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the vacant position of "ARMA Development Lead". The Arma 3 Development Lead is in charge of all aspects of ARMA 3 mission file and map development and reports to S3 Command Staff. They are responsible for the following:
  • General:
    • You are primarily responsible for the well-being and maintenance of your team and to direct the activities of its members.
    • Ensure that development of mission files and maps are being conducted to standard and that reports are handed in on a regular schedule.
    • Counsel staff members who fail to meet minimum standards.
    • Oversee training and development of new staff members.
    • Create mission files and maps when required for all new S7 Training material & for our Arma 3 Tactical Realism public server.
    • Oversee maintenance of existing S7 course mission files on our private servers as needed.
    • Attempt to resolve any issues at the lowest level possible but send issues up the S3 CoC as needed.
    • Ensure that staff conform to the Regimental testing SOP.
  • Daily:
    • Take care of your staff and be available to them at all times when you are online. Respond to requests for assistance in a timely manner.
    • Pass down information from S3 Command Staff as quickly as possible.
    • Monitor the personnel action forms (PAF's) for new department applications to your school and ICS new staff to your sub-department in TS.
  • Weekly:
    • Gather status reports from all teams regarding their assigned projects.
    • Document these in preparation for the monthly departmental report.
  • Monthly:
    • Send any pertinent medal recommendations to S3 Command Staff.
    • Audit mission files created by members for quality at random intervals.
    • Provide a short summary report to S3 Command Staff regarding recent activities within...

- S5 Position Openings -

The S5 Department has currently has openings for the following roles:
  • S5 Public Relations Clerk (All AO's)
  • S5 Graphics Clerk
  • S5 Film Markers/Streamers (All AO's)
  • S5 Social Media Clerks

Minimum requirements for all roles:
  1. Report to their respective AO Lead/Senior.
  2. Follow the guidelines set by the AO Lead.
  3. Any additional tasks assigned by leadership.
  4. Minimum rank of Private First Class (E-3)
  5. No negative action within 60 days.


Film Maker Clerk

  1. Report to Media Lead at least once every two weeks.
  2. Failure to fill this out may result in a DCS
  3. Media must be reviewed by Lead + Staff before being uploaded to YouTube/Cav Hosting.
  4. Actions malicious in nature through the use of S5 Media will result in an immediate LoR and or removal from the department.
  5. Minimum Rank is PFC

Public Relations Clerk (All AO's)

  1. At least one contact report every week (this can include advertising posters on other platforms).
  2. Network with other clans/communities who have a similar playstyle as us (i.e. tactical, respectable, etc.).
  3. Forward clan folders to an S5-S3 Operations Staff Liaison to develop the Combat mission.
  4. Find community events for the 7th Cavalry to partake in (i.e. Battles, tournaments, etc.).
  5. Review and update clan folders in the forum section once a week.
  6. Consequences for incomplete duties may result in the removal from the department.
  7. Actions deemed malicious in nature through the use of S5 Public Relations will result in an immediate LoR and or removal from the department.
  8. Minimum Rank is PFC
