Minimum Requirements:

• Listed below is the process for billet selection for PSG for all Troopers across the Regiment (taken from https://wiki.7cav.us/wiki/Billet_Selection_SOP_for_ASL,_SL,_and_PSG):
  • Be in good standing with no active negative actions
  • Maintained the MOS billet of SL for a minimum of 30 days prior to application
  • Be at the minimum rank of Sergeant or higher upon application
  • Submit an application upon position opening and following the application process
  • Applications reviewed by Staff
  • Company Staff selection who officially appoints the position (can be delegated to Platoon Staff)
• The selected candidate will be expected to meet the following standards:
  • 1-7 Platoon Staff Initial Counseling Statement

The S7 Department Arma 3 Air and Ground Cavalry School has a Senior Instructor Position opening and Instructor positions for the following roles:

• AGCS Group D (Cavalry/Mechanized)

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum rank of Private First Class (E-3) - Instructor
• Minimum rank of Specialist (E-4) - Senior Instructor
• No negative action
  
  Note that for Senior Instructor positions, all current Instructors in Arma 3 S7 will have priority for the roles.

Expectations:

---

• Instructors are required to assist or lead instruct a course at least once monthly. Those who cannot meet this requirement will require permission from the School Lead to be excused.
• Senior Instructors - Maintain and oversee their designated group course material and manuals.
