Hello all,

1/A/1-7 is currently looking for Troopers who are interested in becoming an SL for 3/1/A/1-7. The Squad will be practicing on Sundays at 0200z.

The requirements are as follows:

Squad Leader​

Listed below is the process for billet selection for SL for all Troopers across the Regiment.

• Be in good standing with no active negative actions
• Maintained the MOS billet for a minimum of 30 days prior to application
• Be at the minimum rank of Specialist or higher upon application
• Submit an application upon position opening and following the application process

Responsibilities​

The Squad Leader is responsible of the following duties;

• Posting Weekly Roll Call for Troopers under his/her command.
• Creating a weekly Squad Practice barring parameters from Monthly Training Plan.
• Submitting weekly Squad Practice Report.
• Relay information transmitted to him from the Chain of Command to the personnel under his command.
• Ensure Section is trained and equipped with the necessary knowledge, tools and training to effectively complete tasks.
• Ensure Troopers are held accountable of their weekly duties.
• Ensure squad is combat ready.
