Minimum requirements

Company Staff - 1SG

  • Be in good standing with no active negative actions
  • Be at the minimum rank of Sergeant
  • Letter of interest from Applicant to Battalion SGM and CSM for review
  • Final selection is approved by the relevant Battalion commander
Application Process
  1. At least 1 Letter of Recommendation from your current CoC​
  2. Letter of interest from Applicant to Sergeant Major Nexhex.A and Command Sergeant Major Ryan.B for review​
  3. Candidates chosen will be interviewed by Battalion SGM and CSM​
  4. Final selection is approved by the relevant Battalion commander​

Deadlines for Applications, Interviews to be complete and when the position will be announced

Daily Duties

  • Take Care of Troopers - When on TeamSpeak be available for your troopers. Be prompt when responding to requests for assistance over TeamSpeak, Discord or the forums.
  • Make an effort to meet with members of Platoon Staff to build a rapport and ensure a positive working relationship with them.
  • Spend time with troopers and leadership within your Company.

S5 Position Openings


The S5 Department has currently has openings for the following Lead roles:
  • S5 Film-maker Lead
  • S5 Public Relations Lead

Minimum requirements for all roles:
  1. Minimum rank of Specialist (E-4)
  2. No negative action within 60 days.

Film-maker Lead expectations
  • Quality check any new clerks work and ensure it is of a high standard
  • Read and respond to PMs from the S5 department Comms PM.
  • Verbally Counsel S5 members as required to ensure adherence to rules/regulations/policies/codes.
  • Ensure all members of their AO have the correct access to all resources required to allow them to fulfill their job requirements.
  • Ensure disciplinary documentation is reviewed and sentenced where appropriate.
  • Provide monthly re-portables to 1IC and 2IC before the 2nd Saturday of each month.
  • Any additional tasks assigned by the 1IC or 2IC

Public Relations Lead expectations
  • Read and respond to PMs from the S5 department Comms PM.
