• Good Comm's between Leadership and Between Squads
• Good recovery of Plans not working out

Cons

• Felt like we were being Thrown around to each points and not being able to catch our breathes
• Initial plan failing and Not fulfilling on out role of Air Assault of doing Air insertions

Pros

• Good: Had fun, good comms, good vehicle combat, and great improvement on PID overall.

Cons

• Tempo was slow at times. Need better vehicle tracking, positioning, and overall vehicle utilization during engagements. Continue working on reducing US-on-US incidents and improving target identification during chaotic fights.

• Team played well with the resources given
• Section leaders did a great job with FRAGO orders
• Armor and rotary assets were great

Cons

• Friendly fire was an issue
• Last minute OIC was not fun to deal with

• Everyone did really well overall and held their own as pilots.
• Nobody felt like easy pickings.
• Heli involvement was impactful and made the OP a lot more fun.
• Pilot skill has improved across the board.
• Good amount of time behind the trigger and overall people had fun.
• Strong participation and engagement throughout the OP.

Cons

• Need to be more mindful of spawn kill sight lines.
• More training on door guns would help.
• Continued work needed on target identification.
• Minor miscommunication issues due to last-minute OIC absence.
• Some rust from people returning off LOA.

• Great comms
• buddy team movement and utilization
• good patience
• did not suffer any MASCAS events
• everyone had fun, extremely proud of our section

Cons

• Comms were chaotic at times but cleaned up as best we could
• recent training did not entirely prepare us for this specific FTX (request to train more w/vics)

Pros

• Great teamwork with the infantry sections.
• Good communication between squads and command.
• Everyone had fun!

Cons

• In the first half of the match we were alone without infantry support which made us an easier target.
• Resupply for ammo and repairs was difficult.
• It was difficult to PID targets at long range due to the uniforms looking the same.

• No map marker made comms harder when command comms were active.
• Resupply for ammo and repairs was difficult at times.
