Pros:
Good initiative from SLs, even some newer personnel
Excellent Comms with Sabre
Great execution of rudimentary emergency comms change from the infantry

Cons:
Stryker MOUT needs some work from some
Coordination with Sabre in MOUT needs work
ACRE problems
BFT issues - may be due to spawning in with BFTs in backpacks? Some were able to fully use it, others only had a select group of units on BFT. Recommend possibly changing to ACE MAP BFT until issues are alleviated.

If you have any medal recommendations or a discrepancy with the attendance list, message me.

Pros
  • Small Scale Op that wasn't a headache like the Ops that are way too ambitious.
  • New remote control 50 cal for Commander sight was great to use
  • Overall very enjoyable OP 9.5/10
Cons
  • Tracker was missing units. Was harder to keep track of positions of units but not impossible

Public personnel within element:

Pros:
  • Really fun operation even though Buffalo-1 utilization was limited, understandable due to Mech style op.
  • While on on the ground standing by for tasking, two new Cav members got some excellent training in. (i.e. "Everyday's a school day")
  • Excellent teamwork on board the aircraft and coordination with Comms.

Cons:
  • No infidel.
  • Comms were good, however when using ACRE radios, brevity is really important.
  • No pre-made supply crates as we had in previous builds. These really need to be re-incorporated to expedite re-supply to requesting infantry (i.e. having to do a "grocery list" manually, item by item.
  • ACRE issues (I could not copy LR20 at all)
