Pros:
  • Great communication within my squad and command chat
  • My guys had a blast during the FTX and we did an amazing job holding that first point for as long as we did. I saw them do some great buddy bounding with MG fire to move into a trench south of the first point that they probably shouldn't have been able to get into.
  • I feel that every squad executed their job perfectly according to our defensive game plan
  • I thought we did well getting garrisons back up when they would get knocked out
Cons:
  • We probably had too much time for the set up in the beginning of the match, I think it should've been more around 10 minutes instead of 20
  • The comm limitations on the allies

Pros:
  • Great buddy teamplay and camaraderie within squad.
  • Local Comms within squad were very good.
  • Everyone in the squad flexed rapidly to their newer assignments.
  • Everyone had fun.
Cons:
  • 20 minutes setup is too much, could have taken middle point prior to FTX start.
  • Could not execute properly the Airborne doctrine we practice every week (especially 7-man) because of comms limitations. Would have liked leadership comms freeing after we take 1st Strongpoint. Then maybe leave squad comms for later.
  • Artillery Battery is hard as an Offensive strongpoint.
  • Need to get better attendance numbers on these FTX, need to work on a better schedule time for presence of intra and outside Company troopers.

Corporal Ackelson.K

Pros:
  • Infantry portion was fun for tankers, especially pushing in the trenches onto the point.
  • Friendly tank did well and provided good intel throughout the operation
Cons:
  • Lack of squad comms made it a little difficult for tankers to coordinate spawn locations for grouping up when getting into a new vehicle
  • Armor coordination with the infantry was tricky

Pros:
  • Good OP concept
  • Fun to work with coms limitations
  • Nice to see new guys stepping in to command
  • Axis played a good defense
Cons:
  • It appears the Axis limitations were insufficient to cancel the Allied limitations + the defenders advantage. Created a somewhat stagnant OP that seemly was intended to be more dynamic
  • Initial allied push failed to put significant cap weight on the point. Lacking Coms as well as the ability to envelop the enemy (due to movement restrictions) a frontal attack was the IMHO the better play. Big northern flank was ineffective

Pros:
  • Operation was well organized - everyone knew their role
  • Axis did exceptionally well with repelling Allied advance on first two points.
  • Allies seemed to become more coordinated as they pushed in on the 2nd point late in the operation
  • My recon squad offered effective disruption to allied flanking in the south of the map
  • Command and SLs had effective communication and coordination throughout the operation
Cons:
  • Allies may have been better off having comms after taking phase 1 strongpoint

Pros:
  • Well Designed Op with a briefing that ensured everyone knew the plan and could carry out their small unit missions
  • Coms on both micro and macro level kept everyone well informed of enemy locations and allowed the Commander to redeploy units to hot spots ensuring our ability to retain the defensive points
  • Troopers took initiative to ensure defensive structures were rapidly and efficiently emplaced w/ little to no guidance from SL
  • Entire FTX was well executed
Cons:
  • Allies may have been a little to restricted in the beginning

Pros:
  • great communication in command and squad chats. Was very clear where threats were and when we needed to maneuver to address them.
  • Very active in placing garrisons and defences.
Cons:
  • Would have loved to have a filled lobby.
  • Set up time was a little too long which gave a large advantage to the axis.

Pros:
  • Saw some good buddy team movement play.
  • Local Comms within squad were very good. Good with SGT.Bizutto's squad as well initially up north for Phase 1 before we were separated.
  • It was a fantastic challenge, the Axis put up a hell of a fight, and it was enjoyable to be playing against so many good shooters. Good learning experience for myself and all of our airborne sections.
Cons:
  • 20 minutes setup was too much for the defensive team. They were extremely established.
  • Could not execute properly the Airborne doctrine we practice every week (especially 7-man) because of communication limitations.
  • Thinking about IRL, feels like an army would want to establish communications as soon as they pushed through the beachhead and captured a first enemy strongpoint. From there they would push to the next point with communication available, then armor would be called in. So maybe phase 1 & phase 2 capture objectives could have been flipped. So comms were the first reward for capturing a point and building that #1 manpower node.
  • Bittersweet with this being 1SG.Sven's last FTX with Baker Co, going to miss him!

Pros:
  • Great flexibility within the squads.
  • Use of local comms was pretty good. Taking the first points trenches with only local comms was pretty intense.
Cons:
  • Local comms really hindered Airborne units ability to use the doctrine we trained for.
  • Axis set up time was way too long.
  • phase 2 map restrictions killed any airborne positioning

Pros:
  • FTX was well designed
  • The individual skill of every single trooper was outstanding
  • Despite the lack of communication and constant dying, no trooper left their position and ran into the meat grinder with joy throughout the game.
Cons:
  • Preparation Phase 1 was too long
  • HLL without communication is terrible.

Pros:
  • Fun Operation / Felt the plan/objectives/parameters meshed together well
  • Squad comms/markers/callouts and team markers were on point
  • Great use of defensive structures/map assets to dominate control of the map
  • Team synergy felt great, everyone flexed positions as needed etc
Cons:
  • Unlucky the point already leaned towards defensive side, but a recommendation of "rating points" on need of time for setting up defenses for future OPs, ie- Bunker point less time = 5 minutes , point with open fields/few structures 10+ minutes.

Pros:
  • Troopers had fun
  • Well done OP
  • Our tank has performed great
Cons:
  • The local comms only was fun at the beginning but it dragged over for too long. If it was only until we got of the beach it would have been better.

Pros:
  • The comms issue was fun for the first phase.
  • Great turnout from the Jaegers sections.
Cons:
  • Comms were the opposite of fun for the rest of the game.
  • No communication, teamwork or strategy between squads because of no comms. When I did finally get in range of local comms with my FTL and the TC we couldn't come up with a strategy because of the chaos. It was....interesting.
