Pro:
  • Great flying and comms
  • Great planning up front and deconfliction between Buffs, 5, Infidel
  • Good ideas for additional Buff engagement with transporting of EPOWs and Casualties
  • Great interflight comms on separate LR channel
Con:
  • Slight comms issues and some confusion with Muska transport
  • Immediate AA threats upon take off from FOB

Pro:
  • good formations
  • good individual squad boarding onto helicopters
Con:
  • rough mutual support
  • the tank was too relient on bombs and not using 4/2
  • lost a trooper, black tag
  • we failed to move correctly as a plt, had the enemy been better placed and entrenched better we would have been fucked and lost the mission
  • we need to work on calling out our plt movments, because it lead to squads crossing over mid assault/reaction to contacts while aggressive movements were conducted
  • plt comms and movment need work
  • had we fought an enemy with more substance (not numbers) such as player opfor or well placed entrenchments, it would have been a failed mission we relied too much upon luck and not enough on professional practiced infantry skills in which we pride ourselves on

Pro:
  • Great flying from A/1-7 Tonight. SPC Spin was able to successfully avoid a AA Missile from downing a fully laden BUFFALO after taking off from MOB Carter.
  • PLT was able to complete all objectives with a minimum of casualties.
  • Squads were able to tackle a number of tasks independently in order to achieve all objectives.
  • Platoon and attachments were able to fight through a number of ACRE issues related to either disconnects or black tags.
Cons:
  • Watched a tank eat multiple AT4s and 2x GBU's and still be active. Had to go deal with it myself.
  • EXTRACT took way to long while troops were taking contact. A 3 minute call and multiple calls from myself and 5 on the long range to try to get people to the aircraft. ATLAS loaded on the wrong AIRCRAFT which caused confusion on the PZ.
  • ACRE issue with disconnects rejoining or black tags upon respawn not being able to access there radios.
  • Not everyone was reporting when they were crossing Phase Lines which caused delays in reporting and coordination with Air Assets.

Pro:
  • Variety of action
  • Busy busy busy! very well paced Op
  • Really well planned by Mackey.A as 6
  • Great utilisation of the keypad system and PL naming by all MISFITs
  • Good options and balance for CAS Activity
  • Beautifull map
Con:
  • OPORD Imagery - ensure that Imagery used is accurate and relevant (AA Net size circles should be actual in place and accuratte or left not drawn if not known)
  • OPORD Layout - When using "Image in General" type pictures and then "Image in Detail" multiple pictures please consider how it reads... if you have 5 Detailed images in slides without seeing the general for a while it can be a bit hard to track where is what

Pro:
  • Excellent work from the two gun teams, good demonstration of a weapons team to new members. Use of talking guns
  • Good Fun, excellent concept of operations by mission maker and planning by 6.
  • Good server performance
  • Good coordination observed internal to the squad and to other elements.
  • A personal favourite map of mine
Con:
  • Issue with Atlas 1 & 2 filling into Buffalo 3 which added length to the PZ
    • One trooper had a bug on boarding the airframe. Trooper was stuck in the ground whilst boarding the airframe
  • Understrength platoon size, executing the tasking of a company in planning
  • Blue on Blue situation on AOI 3, apologies to Misfit-1.

Pro:
  • Interesting mission concept.
  • Good lore in the Op Ord.
  • Crossloading of equipment as required.
  • Logistics were on point.
  • Awesome job from Buffalo throughout the night but primarily at the start of the op when we were painted on takeoff.
  • Mackey's joy at killing a tank with his "bare hands."
Con:
  • Lack of deconfliction resulting in at least 2 blue on blue incidents.
  • Det call at FOB Muska resulting in almost casualties amongst Atlas and Buffalo-2.
  • Exfil was incredibly sloppy and the birds were on the ground for way too long due to blown transport assignments.

Pro:
  • Movement was fluid on a platoon level
  • Very interactive and great concept of an operation
  • Atlas had great movement with Assaulting elements
  • Troopers who never played as Atlas did a great under stress.
  • Buffalo pilots did amazing getting us in and out safely under contact.
Con:
  • In game radio communications glitched out
  • controlled detonation while loading black tags into Buffalo sustaining 1 yellow tag
  • Change of plans wasn't relayed causing confusion
  • confusion of extraction caused Buffalo 3 to stay for too long taking damage and resulting in failure to load all PAKS
  • Atlas teams extract order wasn't given just "atlas is last" was received

Pros:
  • Good movement and spacing.
  • Positioning was good. We were always within mutual support of an infantry squad.
  • Great map choice
  • Lots of medical work at front of op.
  • Surgery was varied and plentiful.
Cons:
  • During exfil, loading of birds had errors in allocation of units, causing someone to be left behind and the bird almost being destroyed.
  • During exfil, chalk leaders were unclear. Should be designated before loading.
  • Controlled detonation of friendly assets half way through op occurred when Buffalo was still in the LZ and was being loaded. This very nearly caused casualties and damage to Buffalo.

Pros:
  • Excellent Mission and tons of fun.
  • Absolutely spectacular flying from BUFFALO-Flight.
  • Great Rotary comms and coordination.
  • Excellent CSAR.
  • Using separate LR channel for ship-to-ship comms really helps in deconflicting and decluttering Aviation LR02.
Cons:
  • Exfil: Birds were on the ground too long. Extreme emphasis on moving to and mounting the bird in most expeditious manner possible.
