• Solid FACs from Connelly.M & Ocean.M, consistently delegated taskings to aviation and kept all engaged
• Fantastic Turnout of Pilots - x1 Grizzly, x1 Buffalo, x1 Bison, x1 Sparrow, x1 Raider up and running at Mass Evacuation
• Coordinated multi-ship insert and exfil flights
• 24-hour Operation this weekend!

Cons:

• Multitude of aircraft and split of radio channels led to cluttered airspace
• I need to work on delegating tasks to the aircrew and utilizing airframes according to their mission

Pros:

• Great response time
• Squad cohesion solid despite disconnects
• Good communications

Cons:

• Disconnects during operation
• Lack of helicopters for amount of people led to delays
• Bugged helicopters
• Very little medical needed
• Enemy level too low for our forces

Pros:

• Good communications squad/platoon wise.
• Good self triage and momentum.
• Effective fire missions from air assets to deal with concealed contacts.
• Everyone had fun.
• Timely exfiltration.

Cons:

• Too focused on trying to get platoon into position when dealing with potentially dangerous contacts threatening rear elements.
• Route to objective was a bit off kilter.
• Lengthy infiltration.
