Pros:
  • Great Teamwork and coordination between squads and fireteams
  • Loved local comms in phase 1

Cons:
  • More armor on both sides, allows for more movement on both sides
  • More volume of fire; Even if you have a bolt action, you can still suppress the enemy!!

Pros:
  • Communications between Command-SL-FTL
  • Used 7 Man effectively
  • O'Connacht and Enderle were very effective in their role and were Johnny on the Spot when called upon to do special orders
  • Teamwork was very effective on offense and defense

Cons:
  • Could have been a little more aggressive but appreciated the focus on Defense at the same time.

Pros:

  • Concept and design of Operation was excellent.
  • Outstanding teamwork, not just within our squad, but with all of the SL's and FTL's, great coordination.
  • The Communication system we use in Operations is next-level improvement over game comms.
  • The use of in-game local comms in Phase 2-3 creates a more tactical experience, fantastic!

Cons:

  • We may have been a bit too conservative in wanting to obtain and maintain the center strongpoint. A more aggressive approach may have yielded Allies sweeping the field.

Pros:
  • Communications between Command-SL-FTL
  • Redeploy and role changes in the Fire team were fluid, as well as 7 man system
Cons:
  • Allies could have been more aggressive on the attack

None

Pros:

  • Troopers enjoyed the concept of local communication only and the spawns being randomized
  • Communication amongst leadership is improving
  • The entire operation was fun overall, definitely a keeper
  • Coordination with artillery was superb especially while taking the middle point
  • The Germans defended so well we could not attack from any angle

Cons:
  • The fireteams were too small to be effective, would recommend combining the squads in the future

Pros:

  • Great Teamwork and coordination between squads and fireteams
  • Had a lot of fun on the op
  • Fireteam did anything I asked of them

Cons:

  • No purpose for infantry AT because enemy tanks hide behind the line we can't not cross
  • Allies tanks didn't push so the defensive team tank had to push up to get shots on them
  • Not being able to take out any of the enemy garrisons that were in bad spots

suggestion on last point maybe have two spots that we can not kill the garrisons so they still have spots to spawn at but not a butch of garrisons around everywhere

  • Squad really enjoyed local comms for Phase 1 and having to adapt during initial spawn
Cons:

  • Mid-point was very difficult to attack

Pros:

  • For 50% of the troopers in the section it was their first operation and they all reported they had a great time.
  • Fantastic squad communications. Really great job on squad members, everything was on point comms wise.
  • No negatives from any trooper during hotwash.
  • Job well done by all, fun had all around. Really positive experience and well matched on both sides.

Cons:

  • Would like to see us tighten up the FTL/SL/Command comms a bit more but it wasn't a serious negative at all.

Pros:

  • Great Turnout!
  • Local coms twist popular
  • Setup and running of Op was smooth
  • Dedicated Arti Squad was great to have and performed well
Cons:
  • Some info missing from Allied OPORD that might have made a better fight
  • Bit of a stalemate at the end
  • Need to adjust setup phase to allow Axis time to get set

Pros:

  • Great Comms with the FTL's
  • FTL work from SP's directly coming over to OP, smoothing right out
  • Comms black out in the beginning is always fun and great for realism

Cons:

  • None too much really, should have swapped map to get better end points, bit conservative on allied side toward the end.

Pros:
  • Great teamwork and coordination amongst team
  • Good comms when working
  • Decent artillery 🤫

Cons:
  • A bit hard to coordinate artillery targets with multiple requests from FTLs
  • Comms bug throughout game for many players

Pros:

  • Troopers enjoyed the OP overall, and enjoyed the chaotic elements of phase 2
  • Squad worked well together, even after incorporating a different fireteam.
  • Operation was very fun, straightforward and understandable.

Cons:
  • Larger fireteams means more effective assaults would like to have fireteams more consolidated
  • Comms at the infantry level could have been better - perhaps having local comms only in the beginning made people get into the mode of not talking much?

Pros:
  • good communication between TC and crew
  • liked the beginning mechanic of random spawns and local comms
  • Felt like we were effective in our missions
  • able to be autonomous yet given direction that was

Cons:
  • felt like we could have been a bit more aggressive after the capture of the middle point
  • satchels are the worst

Second Lieutenant Mulholland.J

Pros:

  • SL's did a great job.
  • Infantry combat was very fun.
  • At no point were we close to losing,

Cons:
  • Comms were extremely bad. People were trying to use both command comms in game and teamspeak and it does not work. My ftl's were basicially being given 2 sets of orders. They would hear the commander tell me to give a certain order to my FTL's and then they heard me give the order to them. Basically if we are going to use this new comms system it needs to be explained to everyone in the company, no exceptions.
  • Allies OPBOARD left out info. This lead to half there team not playing by sitting on defense.
