B/1-7 Company First Sergeant Position Opening
The position for B/1-7 Company First Sergeant has become available and we are looking for a dedicated individual to fill the role and lead the Company
The following are the requirements for the position:
Minimum Requirements:
- Be in good standing with no active negative action.
- Be at the minimum rank of Sergeant (E-5).
- Letter of interest must be sent from the Trooper via forum PM including the following people, No later than June 6 2025: Beiter.A Robbi.J Schmidt.A Nexhex.A
- *Those who do not meet these requirements are still welcomed to apply however they will be less likely to be selected over candidates who meet all requirements.
- Reviewing Roll Call reports from Platoons under his/her command.
- Sending, or updating your report system for Battalion Review on time.
- Conducting Company FTX once a month per the SOP for Company FTX's in 1stBattalion.
- Relay information transmitted from the Chain of Command to the personnel under his command.
- Ensure Company Staff are managing their Platoons effectively and duties are being performed per the governing procedures.
- Ensure the Company is combat ready.
- Perform administrative duties and paper work associated with his/her Company. (ex: DCS, commendation)

S3 Arma Public Staff Lead Opening
We currently have an opening for the lead position of the S3 ARMA Public Staff Lead. Below are the duties and responsibility for the position.
The Public Lead for each game is in charge of all aspects of their sub-department and reports to their respective S3 AO Lead. They are responsible for the following:
General:
- You are primarily responsible for the coordination and maintenance of your public staff to ensure all public operations are produced to a good standard for enjoyment purposes. Obviously, you yourself are able to produce these operations as well, but as lead, you are expected to facilitate others.
- Ensure that minimum expectations are being met by staff, that public operations produced are to standard, and that we maintain a regular weekly Firefight Friday event.
- Counsel Staff members who fail to meet minimum standards.
- Maintain any reference material within your public staff department forums.
- Be on hand to mentor and assist members in their growth as Public Staff.
- Attempt to resolve any issues at the lowest level possible but send issues up to the next person in the S3 CoC as needed.
- Take care of your Public Staff and be available to them at all times when you are online.
- Respond to requests for assistance in a timely manner.
- Pass down information from S3 Chain of Command as quickly as possible.
