Come and play Squad with us! Every saturday @20:00UTC
The 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment, often referred to as "7thCav" is a long-standing Military Realism (MILSIM) unit that primarily plays first person military shooter/simulation games. The Regiment was founded in October 2002, making it one of the oldest clans in the areas the Regiment covers. We have over 500 active members within the Cav across games like Arma 3, Hell Let Loose (PC & Console), DCS World, Ready or Not, and now Squad. We are focused on tactical realism and immersive game-play, utilizing military training, tactics, and procedures that have been adapted for use in the virtual world. If you decide to enlist you must be 18+ years old with no game or VAC bans within the past 5 years for any reason. Please review our Minimum Requirements for Enlistment so you are aware of our expectations before applying. If this interests you, please enlist here and/or join our Discord. Is Awarded To

Major Bunnell.M

For exceptional service while serving as S1 1IC during September 2024. Major Mitch Bunnell distinguished themselves by rising to the occasion to ensure the continuity of operation of the Regimental Reporting System when the previous leadership unexpectedly left the department. Major Bunnell provided his time and expertise to adjust the ownership and access of over 20 Regimental spreadsheets that effected the accountability of all Battalions and combat line units. He even went above and beyond to add new features, meet with staff, and meet with stakeholders to coordinate the entire project. Without his contributions, the Regimental Reporting System could have faltered, but instead, continued operating at full capacity. Major Bunnell's dedication to duty and commitment to their department is in great credit to themselves, the S1 Department, and the 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment.

Congratulations!

Hello everyone,

For those who don't know me I am Sergeant Major Anthony Preacher. I've been in the CAV about four and a half years now. I've just about split my time between 2-7 and ACD, as well as being both S7 2IC and NCOA Lead Instructor

I have taken over for my family's team in our annual Making Strides Breast Cancer Walk sponsored by the American Cancer Society where the team is now walking in our 28th year in honor of my late aunt.

We are raising funds in the fight against Breast Cancer and I am extending that to the Brothers and sisters of the 7th Cavalry. Using the link below, it will go directly to the organization. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.

Donation Link (As a note, this is directly through the American Cancer Society and does not involve me handling funds at all.)

If there are any questions, comments, or concerns please PM me directly.

(This is posted with the approval of the GOA, and with Regimental staff knowledge)
