Pros:
  • Tanks Flexed really well throughout the game, but especially after when we capped dug out tank. The airhead in the northwest of dug out tank really saved the game.
Cons:
  • Attacking from the east repeatedly was a slaughterous meat grinder.

Solids
  • Built lots of garrisons, fought recon.
  • Amazing turn out.
  • Flexible attacks.

Improvements
  • Need to actually use the real platoon comms system or commit to in-game. This was the worst of both worlds.
  • No garrisons in the backlines meant we had no where to spawn most of the match.
  • Pre-designated driver is needed!
  • Better infantry-tank coordination.
  • Need a better plan.

Pros:
  • Squad did great - we were charged with taking and holding the mid point, and did so nearly the entire match
  • Solid QRF work
  • Very fun FTX with a complex concept, thanks for putting it together
Cons:
  • We did not take the opportunity to place forward garries beyond the cap point we held. A good network of garries could've helped us hold the point longer

Pros:
  • Lots of fun. All my squad enjoyed the game.
  • Love the concept.
  • We got our objective (edgehog) down 3 times during the game. Not for long, but it allowed us to get heavy tanks a couple of times.
Cons:
  • We failed our match start and i missed the truck - Bad start
  • We got reset multiple time on the west. we couldn't settle any good OP or garrison.

Pros:

  • Mixed teams were good for playing with new people
  • one server affecting the fight on another server was a great idea
Cons:
  • armor didn't have enough support, and could have utilized AT guns.

Pros:
  • The squad performed excellently, took down several Garrisons, and pivoted well between the east and west flanks
  • The FTX concept was interesting
Cons:
  • Match start tactics ordered were different than we had practiced and were fumbled somewhat
  • Started out on the back foot and could never find a gap, it felt like a meatgrinder
  • Command comms were confused between in-game and Discord
  • Axis team felt stacked

Pros:
  • Great turnout
  • Good decision to concentrate on the instead of the bonus points even though we were hung out to dry on the flank.
  • Strong defense of the hardpoint by the team
  • Good comms with armoured elements through command chat.
Cons:
  • Cluttered comms in command chat at times. Be patient, don't talk over top other SLs.
  • Sections stretched thin with 4 troopers, especially for a battalion FTX. Troopers performed well but were lacking in combat effectiveness.
  • Should have organized 2 of each 4 man in game sections as a fireteams under 1 SL. That would lead to less clutter in command comms as well as more combat effectiveness on the ground.

Pros:
  • Good Ole Fist fight pretty even both sides, Axis maintained POI for the second map to have additional actions - this was recipriocated
  • Infantry hold of the objective was steadfast, stubborn, and held their ground.
  • comms were pretty decent - some marks on the map lasted a bit long
  • concept for the operation was pretty fun - there was a suggestion that perhaps this could be done again with a beach invasion (d day style) would like to see that maybe for June? wink wink
  • trooper performed all functions asked of them
Cons:
  • I am a bit rusty and took a bit to re-adjust my guys to where they had better vantage - longer than it should have
  • some back line things when garrisons were taken out took a bit long to replace - should have been quicker

Pros:

  • The best OP ever in terms of the fun factor within the squad, even though we were the losing team.
  • The squad harmonized superbly and always worked together so that there was not a single squad wipe and every casualty was immediately avenged.
  • For the first time, I didn't hear a single negative word in the squad hotwash because everyone had a good time..
  • Sometimes you just have to acknowledge that the opposing team is better. That was clear to see at 40:00 IGT when we started to take the point. At this point we had 5 garrisons on the battle field. At around 39:20 IGT we still had 5 garrisons and continued to surround the point. At 37:45 IGT we had 2 garrisons and had captured 80% of the point. At 36:40 IGT the attack had failed and we had only 1 garrison left. Maybe it was a coincidence, but we suspected in the squad that it was a planned action by the enemy team to lure us into the strong point and close us in via the flanks to cut off the supply routes. That was fascinating to observe.
Cons:

  • The communication was horrible. The command chat was brutally overloaded with unnecessary call outs plus the announcements via Discord. After homoerotic topics were brought up, I muted it, which solved the whole command chat problem and improved squad communication and turned the negative into a positive.

Pros:
  • Squad absolutely loved the Operation
  • Lots of fun, great comms. Squad held the strong point
  • We were able to flow out and establish a great ZOC south.
  • My squad exceeded expectations by destroying at least 2 tanks and 3 garrisons with roaming defense

Pros:
  • Squad fought well and hard as a 4 man and help the eastern flank pretty much the entire much alone.
  • Good comms from my point of view.
  • Overall it was a good Operation and excuted well.
Cons:
  • Wish we could have had more help during the match.

Pros:
  • Great concept with the 2 servers
  • Good movement within the squad
  • good comms for the most part.
Cons:

  • Command Comms were in discord and command comms.
  • No cohesion on points.
  • Small squad only a 3 man went down to 2 when trooper Specialist Felton.J dropped out due to technical issues.
  • Teams maybe a little unbalanced.

  • Disallow the use of the reinforce commander ability
  • The secondary objectives felt largely irrelevant insofar as generating a high combat intensity area
