Pros:
  • Another 50 V50 Cav Match always great to see a full turn out! Big thank you to everyone that signed up!
  • Great movement throughout, really great to see the hard work at SP put into practice. With two equally matched teams slugging it out.
  • Communication was really good, this comms structure is one I think we will continue using moving forward.
  • Tankers on the allied side did a fantastic job responding to calls for aid, and great early work holding down checkpoint and wiping enemy tanks from the field.
  • Leadership team was awesome, great work put in by all SLs and Platoon staff involved. Everyone did great work with their pre-plan work. Execution was nearly flawless. Really paid off in the opening 30 minutes.
  • Concept seemed to be really enjoyed, will look at something similar in the future.
Cons:
  • I was a little too talkative in command and will have to work on cleaning that up.
  • Artillery could have been better utilized by both sides. Will have to look at making that a dedicated role in the future to ensure it gets utilized when available.

Pros:
  • Squad had tons of fun
  • Very effective pre-planning and orders
  • Great support from squads assigned around us
  • Troopers followed orders and operated autonomously to achieve our objectives
Cons:
  • Comm bugs plagued nearly 1/3 of the team
  • Tank balancing was an issue

Solids
  • 1200 combat effectiveness with 4 guys
  • Excellent Platoon Comms. Thank you Longmen.D
  • My Buddy-Squad was Wizeniski's, we did a fantastic job covering each other's defensive gaps.
  • Great squad comms and coordination, excellent holds of important positions.
  • Held off larger forces for key moments in the west & south.
  • Great plans and planning, plans worked pretty much exactly as intended in the beginning.
  • Took over the platoon briefly, had absolutely no issues. Great SLs working as was needed.
Improvements
  • Spent most of my time in south, rather than the west of the strong point.
  • Slightly quicker flexing in response to new orders would be smart. Will get better with time.

Pros:
  • Another 50 V50 Cav Match always great to see a full turn out!
  • Great job fighting over mid
  • Continue to like Comms system
  • Great fighting and Squad Leads
Cons:
  • Platoon was a little large and command and control got difficult
    • I was slow to respond at times
Others
  • Great job. Next step is improving execution of orders (and my recognition of situations).

Pros:
  • Squad showed up with their game faces on tonight.
  • Plan was well executed, Allies were only allowed to place a hedgehog down once, it was quickly taken down, and we held Hospice most of the match.
  • Call outs were clear, command comms were not cluttered.
Cons:
  • Command comms were quiet at times, could have worked together better.
  • Flex earlier would have been crucial to push back on the main point.
  • No back garrisons for quite awhile, not sure if we planned that or not.

Pros:
We loved this FTX. We were the flex group down south and had a blast.
-Great communication the guys worked well together and moved well across the map
-We had four tanks kills which rocks!
-Comms with Zimm and Helli were on point which helped us down south
-Overall just a great time

Pros:
  • My squad mate had fun and so did I, he was very flexibly with flipping classes
  • My platoon was on point with calling and responding to my calls
  • units were very flexibly, moving on our point and moving toward middle point to help
  • the planning ahead was great, really like doing the AO to let platoon staff do there job and lead a AO
Cons:
  • there was some command comms not need in command comms

Pros:
  • Good comms up and down.
  • Infantry worked well with flexing and pushing off point to eliminate attacking enemy forces.
  • Good use of tactics and in-game strategies to help defend Hospice.
  • Concept was a lot of fun and squad mates enjoyed it.
Cons:
  • Clearer delineation of what defending squads' roles are to be instead of a broad objective.
  • Slightly sooner call to have a squad flex to help with defense when hard point is being overwhelmed and back sliding.
  • Sooner supply drops from Command.

Pros:
  • Great command comms, only cluttered once or twice due to Command - PL and TC - SL structure
  • Three points to capture was a nice adjustment of the normal game play
  • Tank call outs were great, they kept us alive for a long time (Sven's pings in particular were excellent, but everyone had great pings)
Cons:
  • Would have liked to have more tank on tank action (heavies, perhaps 3 tanks per team)
  • Marks were cluttered at time, old pings remained up until they timed out several times

Pros:
  • Great coms when we did have com's, our guys moved very well at the start.
  • Great movements, we were able to move fluidly through the buildings as a team and wipe out numerous teams behind ST Mar.
  • team was able to switch between classes when needed and were able to adapt to the situation fluidly.
Cons:
  • losing Com's after 30mins into the game and struggling to communicate with others the whole match.
  • Team killing helped the enemy team wipe us off some areas.
  • Struggled to get help from other's due to no Com's. this means others were not checking the map for marks.

Pros:
  • Good movement in the initial attack
  • Good satchel placement and usage
  • Clearing buildings
  • holding most of the northern side of SME against the enemy
Cons:
  • Poor garrison work and placement
  • Spawn points were poorly placed, but were worked around
  • Command coms were mild at best and seemed to have priorities mixed

Pros
  • Enjoyable concept for game style. Element enjoyed the push pull of match and really focused on our defense tactics.
  • Squad handled quick changes and commands well.
  • Enjoyed the in-game tactics and adjustments made during the FTX.
Cons
  • Comms was rough in the beginning but ended cleaning up.
  • Short one guy to effectively support other squads and point defense/building.
  • Element Leader was not able to attend all strategy briefings due to scheduling and trainings. Element made due with respect of role in the FTX.
    • We were suppose to build a manpower node on point, we were not able due to node built at the HQ spawns. Unsure how this could of changed the outcome.

Pros:
  • Great idea and a lot of fun.
  • Squad did great with coms when they worked and did well to transfer to discord coms.
  • Callouts and marks on map were good.
Cons:
  • Coms went down halfway through match for most of squad.

Pros:
  • Fun SP idea, we really enjoyed the concept
  • Great Teamwork and coms on squad level and btw/ leadership on discord
  • Squad did well being fluid and flexible, responding to threats quickly and effectively. When moving, they stuck with their battle buddies
  • Planning seemed to have worked out well for the first half hour or so, and when they found holes in our defense, all squads on SME responded well
Cons:
  • I was slow to confirm receipt of some orders, causing some confusion amongst leadership

Pros:
  • Learned why it's important for SP subjects
  • Discovered 2 new HLL bugs affecting comms
  • Op structure was excellent, but was so hindered by the base game I couldn't give a true eval of this op. Seemed excellent from others' perspectives
Cons:
  • Comms bug happening 50 minutes in as LTC for a team is a death sentence. No time to quit and restart when you're on the back foot, have to make do with what you got and is extremely hindering
  • Negligent discharges from Charlie Co members resulting in deaths of teammates ( unacceptable )
  • Armor was balanced on paper but once the match started, was clear due to circumstances we could and could not control that it was not

Pros:
  • Loved the FTX concept it allowed my section to focus on defense which we need.
  • The other team put up a good fight and made us fight over every inch of ground.
  • My squad rarely lost any ground. When we did lose ground we always pushed back with out losing more ground.
Cons:
  • A Comms bug happened 45 minutes in but thankfully I had a trooper who stepped up while I reset my game.
  • Command Comms were a mess, I could not hear anyone in command if they didn't say my name.
