Fun, well planned op.
Target rich environment for sparrow
Good balancing anti-air threats for the sparrow
Great FAC work

Cons:

Average frame rate was 8fps with dips to two. Responsible for at least one death. (But hey servers is full )
Weird glitches, standing too close to a bird when refuelling kills you, getting ejected and respawned mid-flight.

Pros:

• Good communication from the squad, could have used some more FTL chatter.
• Good amount of contact, people had some fun encounters.
• MOUT was hairy but fun, as is the nature.

Cons:

• Mission felt a little rinse and repeat. Could have been done a lot faster, but we stretched it 3 hours to make the time slot.
• Some fireteam and squad spacing could have been better.
• Some fireteam formations were incorrect to their callouts.
• Could not find anything but NVGs or Bananas at resupply...
• Personal Con: Was transmitting Squad comms on Plt. Should have given more time before switching channels.

Cons:
Frustrating inability to save my aircraft upon emergency landing. Exploded as soon as the mains touched down
Initially had no access to USAF Service Module and had to load pylons by hand. Delayed CAP coverage
CAP was feast or famine. When they came in, it was hot and heavy

• Platoon net at times was hard to get a word in
• Player burnout due to 24 hour op
• Body bug persistent. Makes it hard for medics to move causalities

Pros:

• Fun working with the public clans from the broader ArmA community. Got to meet lots of great people
• Some really nice set pieces in the operation
• Really solid group of people for element leads to work with

Cons:

• Limited use of the weapons squad, despite the terrain affording it would have been nice to have seen some more contact for them to engage rather than close-in contact in the town.
• This is the best company level operation I've seen in terms of organisation, but there were some communication issues regarding support assets such as Buffalo. Perhaps assigning 2 birds per platoon might have been better. This resulted in about ~40 minutes long resupply.

• Absolute chaos caused from pervasive OPFOR CAS assets. Presented a challenge I've not seen before.
• Fantastic utilisation of Mortars by -4
• Excellent clearance of objectives by 1, 2 & 3
• Really well put together mission.
• Great company having Beiter as driver and fully certified repairman

Cons:

• Slow & discombobulated start
• Vehicle repairs were difficult to organise

• Excellent second objective that caused an almost platoon wipe but was not frustrating to deal with
• Very effective defence of the first objective despite being undermanned
• Buffalo-1 dogfighting a Hind. Potential highlight of the 24 hour for me!

Cons:

• Quite a bit of downtime at points
• Mission makers expressed annoyance at detached teams hunter-killer teams. I personally believe that this improvisation was crucial with the low turnout (1.5 squads).

Pros:

• Vehicle crews were absolutely outstanding in prosecuting targets, I count an excess of 20 mechanized+ destroyed.
• Exceptionally well designed mission with plenty of immersivity placed contact
• Great company with Lucander, He was able to completely hold down defensive positions
• Great work from Viking-5!

Cons:

• Low numbers, but we prevailed very well despite this!
• The IDF & the volume of QRF was extreme, but it kind of feeds into to the mission storytelling.

Overall Pros:

• Some of my Top ArmA experiences, very well put together by all S3 staff involved. Storytelling over the whole 24hrs was phenomenal.
• Great integration with S5, getting the charity spokesperson and the funding past the $5000 milestone.
• Love to see people from the broader ArmA community get involved
• New server setup ran way better than they would have done on the infrastructure we had 6 months ago

Pros: Great comms with 5 and inter-flight, great transitions of inserts between BUFF1 and 2, always great having fully crewed birds (crew was amazing), difficult due to anti-air but it made it challenging and fun, successful auto-rotation with no injuries resulting in a successful CSAR from BUFF-1.

Cons: Slightly slower pace due to the mission (not really a neg)
