Pros: Great teamwork tactics practice. Enjoyed the opportunity to work with Second Lieutenant Smith.V and seeing how he determined probing, attack & defensive tactics. The ability to focus solely on tank coordination gameplay has a high threshold for allowing Charlie Company to continue to raise the bar for Armored Gameplay within HLL

Cons: Placement by skill / familiarity needs to be observed and taken into account. As a first time TC, was placed with the only two people within the whole operation that weren't very familiar with armor or do not play it often. I had a great time with Rhodes & Konn, but during an operation meant to sharpen skills is not the time to be explaining how to drive or where the compass is on the screen. The ability for other Cav members to participate in Armor oriented operations is very important, but should be situated in way where they are able to experience how we operate, not try and figure it out from scratch.

As for the game mode itself, 2nd what SGT. Wags said above. Definitely needs tweaking but has potential. 2LT Smith may be right (said over VC in Discord) in that this specific ruleset may not be able to be properly optimized for the desired outcome. Willing to be available for additional feedback or workshopping on this premise.

Pros:
  • Crew executed and coordinated very well
  • Gunner was on point and making very accurate shots
  • Team leadership by Specialist Bigos.F was excellent and well coordinated and explained
  • This being an internal-only operation allowed significantly more 7Cav tankers to participate than external operations
Cons:
  • Operation ruleset favored defenders and was overly complex
