Pros:

• Communications were great between the squads
• Squad Turn up was excellent
• Squads used mechanized tactics to support armor crews
• Team execution overall was great

Cons:

• Squads have expressed interest for S3 to host party/special events (Bufford's Bingo, Movie Nights, etc.)
• Squads would like to continue to see more turnup in future operations
• Squads would like to see more of a challenge from opponents

Feedback / Solutions:

• S3 to meet up to host special events/party games
• Continue to remind and advertise S3 Operations
• Consider doing more Cav v Cav matches
