Pros:
  • Effective use of Platoon level comms
  • two squad fix one ftl flank was effective defense
  • op design was impressive
  • Huge numbers, lots of good take aways
Way to improve:
  • Managing multiple objectives is challenging, as command and control, would be worth triaging certain objectives in the future op by design had too many objectives, think this is a very fun scenario allowing command to make tough calls and play differently on multiple iterations!

Pros:
  • Loved the OPORD design, made it really fun and was simple enough to understand for leadership and troopers
  • LOVE THE NUMBERS, great to hear it was the highest attended HLL event
  • Squad did fantastic in comms and responding to orders, destroyed three separate tanks, 4-6 garrisons throughout
  • 2nd platoon B CO executed on their training perfectly
  • LOVED using SP to work towards a FTX goal
Cons:
  • None

Pros:
  • Largest event I have ever played!
  • Team play was fun and interesting, protecting multiple points
  • Great tank on tank combat and reactive moves
  • Crew did exceptionally well with combat and order discipline
  • Really loved the event concept even though it was awkward to execute!
Cons:
  • Awkward rotating between sides for armor deployments
  • Mild confusion on what or who to support

Pros:
  • Comms were ok
  • with limited time we came up with a decent plan and the troopers put it into play well!
Cons:
  • Chaotic throughout
  • too many things to do, nodes were very difficult to setup on time and defend when the point has the ability to wipe the board
  • SPAWN CAMPING is not acceptable; there were AT guns, MG's, Snipers all targeting tankers and non-artillery units in spawn when its no where near the objective

Pros:
  • Great turnout
Way to improve:
  • Too many objectives, Too many moving parts would have been very difficult for OPORD Commander to deal with all of the logistics
  • Spawn Camping
  • Nodes became secondary as rolling the point meant you destroyed all three nodes, especially late game number advantage made that the key strategy.

Pros:

Fun

Cons:

A lot to set up for a little bit of set up time because we were to have 15 min but only had 13 min because of warm up timer
A lot of defensive area to hold that were just taking out garrisons and not taking the nodes which were the objectives
US coms were very confusing because we were switching between discord chat and command comms.
Spawn camping out HQ with Snipers and AT-Guns

Pros:
  • Amazing communications (in squad and command wide).
  • Intel being passed through was accurate and concise.
  • Some of the highest turnout for an op.
  • Brutal gameplay.
Cons:
  • Wish there were more per squad for a more "full" squad feel.

Solids
  • We were operating those blessings that Sergeant Berry was talking about. We killed lots and supressed even more. Leave it to the Jaegers.
  • We methodically demolished the enemy, even without being able to clinch a total victory at the end.
  • Amazing turnout, literally record breaking
  • Coordination with other squads was just so, not too much nor too little.
  • We built new AT guns at a moment's notice, and our positioning of them was perfect throughout the match.
Improvements

  • There is very little we could have done better, except perhaps clinching that total victory there at the end by nabbing those enemy spawn points on the north side of the objective.
  • the OPORD may also need some clarification on expectations for spawn camping, I think it would have been very difficult to not spawn camp on this map, given the operation's last strong point.

Pros:
  • Amazing attendance
  • Was fairly well organized for such a high attendance op.
  • Node protection element added good secondary objectives and balance.
  • Allies held out for much longer than expected.
Cons:
  • Comms was rough on my end, could have probably muted, or lowered the volume of some people I didn't need to hear. Point of improvement on my part - nothing against the op.

Pros:
  • Unprecedented turnout is a credit to the entire AO at all levels
  • Bravo trained hard and got to execute in the FTX
  • Reviving the Coms system. Minor tweaks and practice and it will be a huge asset.
  • Tough opponent
Cons:
  • Fell down on grabbing some nodes we should have had easily
  • Logistics were challenging for OPFOR (though they did well with it)
  • OPFOR exceeded expectations and therefore the final phase did not really get to play out
  • Omaha lends itself to spawn camping the US main bases. Caused some grief for Allied forces

Over all a very successful OP we can all be proud of. Minor tweaks would make this an OP worth repeting.

Pros:
  • Internal crew comms felt good, fluid
  • The challenge of tanking on 3 tanks as a lone armor asset was good
  • Bravo AT is insane, really helped keep the pressure off us
  • Really cool mission concept
  • Armor platoon comms was solid per usual
Cons:
  • American Armor was getting camped at spawn, which was a kill-joy
  • The concept of armor crews swapping sides as the game went on was fun, but the crews did feel a bit jumbled around.

Pros:
  • Very Challenging Logistics to coordinate
  • Strong Defense
  • Strong SLs that didn't need micro-managed
  • Excellent coordination defending hard-cap
  • Interesting and different game ruleset that allowed consistent shifts in battle
  • Held out defensively with 5 minutes to spare
Cons:
  • Almost too much to try and coordinate node-wise in a small amount of time
  • Should have put more on defensive hard-cap and utilized recon to guard nodes
