Pros:
  • For what could of been a clustered and difficult AO, operation was performed excellently by all.
  • Overwhelming fire power.
  • Fantastic squad communication both on and off the SR radio.
  • Aggressive and tactical movement by troopers through phase lines.
  • Brilliant clearing of buildings and sectors.
  • All troopers assisted each other and looked to rally commands and orders.
  • All support assets were on point for a showcase of what they do best.
  • Good respawn solution set up by Geki.T. Would love to see this as the benchmark.
  • Having SABRE on comms what very effective for movement updates.
  • I feel more FTX's should be placed in a public environment.
Cons:
  • Framerate heavy warfare. On the cusp for some troopers to not be combat effective.
  • Very tight company wide spacing.
  • ATLAS did not necessarily have a lot to do. Not a bad thing in the grander scope.
  • Lacked 3D's
  • Slighty light on overall contact. This could possibly be due to to amount of assets that all brought their A game.
  • SIERRA mounting issues with the seat open but unable to board.
  • Rushed in game brief and step off. I feel this could be relaxed when in a public environment, especially for late joiners.

Recruit Parker.J

Pros:
  • Great communication between Raider flight, and infidel
  • Lots to kill, T90s, T72s, BTRs, Urals, Infantry
  • Nice chance to fly the AH-64, all be it a dated vehicle
  • No crashes or lost airframes
Cons:
  • OP ran short, would have liked another hour or more
  • Raider-2 had gunner camera issues, were mostly combat ineffective
  • IHADSS suck, AH-64 isn't an ideal airframe though it is fun sometimes; UH-60 DAP is much better
  • someone came on 12 randomly and tried to direct raider flight

  • Mission Accomplished

Cons:
  • Very Small AO For Given Assets
    • We struggled to gain firing lines
    • Fatal Funneled tanks because of small streets
  • Frames Were Shaky

Pros:
  • Comms were good with Platoon Staff.
  • Atlas-3 was able to get some medical treatment done.
  • Overall good operation was fun, everyone had a good time.
Cons:
  • FPS was horrible, we were experiencing solid 9-15 frames the entire operation.
  • Infantry count was low only had 2 squads of infantry, led to 7 medics being tasked to 1 squad.
  • Medical teams still lacking a Platoon Medic.

Pros:
  • Reacting to enemy mechanized push on the MSR towards the end was great.
  • Saber-2 destroyed around 5 BTRs and 2 T-72s, along with 30 enemy infantry.

Cons:
  • The narrow streets made it difficult for Saber to move through without running over either Viking or running into other objects like HESCO walls. At one point, our tank got yeeted 15 feet into the sky and landed into a courtyard off the MSR.
  • Communications was pretty bad since we were tuned into Viking's Squad channel, making comms within Saber pretty hectic.
  • Viking's MOUT looked quite messy from our POV, with many of them close together like a blob and other troopers walking into the middle of the MSR, blocking a clear line to fire.

7th Cavalry Personnel Within Element:

Sergeant First Class Knights.Z
Specialist Santoyo.T (Viking 7)
Corporal Kastor.K (Viking FAC)

Pros:
  • Completed the mission in just over an hour, majorly ahead of schedule!
  • Great comms with SLs and myself
  • Good comms with myself and higher
  • Great teamwork between all elements to ensure rapid clearance and destruction of the hostile force
Cons:
  • Framerates; didn't affect me that much however as I was more or less staring at my cTab playing the game like a RTS.
  • Had some feedback that we didn't have enough comms with tankers, practice during the off months should resolve this.

Pros:
  • Completed the mission quickly.
  • Great teamwork between teams
  • ATLAS teams being very close to the front line shortened response times for medics to get to casualties
Cons:
  • Framerates, made my game very choppy at times.

Pros:
  • Completed mission quickly.
  • Great communication and coordination between the Fire Teams.
  • Great bounding movements by the Fire Teams and troopers themselves.
  • Great sector covering as we bounded, great clearing and marking of buildings as we cleared south.
  • Overall, I think the troopers had fun and kept violence of action and tempo high.
Cons:
  • Framerates made my game choppy at times for a few troopers, a lot going on in a small area.
  • Viking-4 had their vacant slots filled completely right around 5 minutes before Op start, within a 5-minute window. Made things a bit hectic, in terms of roles, who was doing what. Had some ACRE and power outage issues so we had to do a lot of slot management during H-hour.
  • Very tight lane for Viking-4, at times we could not physically manage any appropriate spacing, which led me recommending pushing our squad farther south than the initial battle plan dictated.
  • Use of the Sierra was almost an afterthought. Recommend re-thinking urban SOP for use of the Sierra. CCP with Atlas or tying them into SABRE.

For future AARs, please make sure your troopers are listed with their MILPACs linked like you see in all the AARs above. Failure to provide proper AARs can result in people not getting credit for an operation/FTX.

10-4 Sir. I did not know that was a requirement nor do I know how to do that. I will correct it here soon.

If you have dual monitors, it helps to pull up MILPACS on one and the AAR on the other and use CTRL+F to search for a name, then drag it from MILPACS to the AAR list.
