Pros:
  • Decent movement.
  • Good op. Very engaging, everyone was kept pretty busy.
  • Roughneck elements steamrolled most contacts.
  • Mission accomplished (Found the only surviving pilot)
Cons:
  • Connection issues in general.
  • Seemed to be a lot of rubber-banding at times.
  • Wrong birds for the job. (Never Grizz again)
  • Multiple squads ran out of ammo.
  • Bounding wasn't performed when pulling back.
  • More squad-to-squad comms.
  • Needed more map markers for objectives.
  • Need to work on spacing.
  • Kits were missing gear. (HuntIR monitor)
  • Confirm targets (PID)

Pros:
  • Well put together mission
  • Always moving, never just standing still for too long
  • Good radio communication between air to air

Cons:

  • Grizzly bird has no breaks, not a good bird for in-and-out LZ's
  • Minimal communication on ground to air due to lack of infidel

Pros:

  • OP was fun overall.
  • No black tags.
  • Communication was good between Roughneck-7 and Atlas teams was good.

Cons:

  • Surgical interventions were limited.
  • Mixed results with pre-made loadouts.
  • An issue with modlist/map content caused one medic to be unable to attend and lead to a last-minute change of team composition.

Pros:
  • Great Flying and situational awareness
  • Great support and communication between flight elements
  • Great speed in insertion

Cons:

  • CH-47 is a flawed model with concern to the breaks
  • Lack of ground communication due to Infidel's situation

Pros:

  • A really fun and challenging OP.
  • Well planned and executed insertion.
  • Great flying, teamwork, and comms between birds.
Cons:
  • Infidel had difficulties with connection and then disappeared and nobody picked up the position after, it was passed on to ground leads.

Pros:

  • OP was fun overall.
  • No black tags.
  • Communication was good between Roughneck-7 and Atlas teams was good.

Cons:

  • Loadouts were not the normal ones today and they were kind of messed up
  • An issue with modlist/map content caused one medic to be unable to attend and lead to a last-minute change of team composition.

Pros:
  • Squad loved the OP (some say it was the best op they have ever been apart of)
  • squad formations were strong and well executed
  • Op was fun due to being more independent
  • Comms were well understood
  • good cohesion
  • good CQB
  • nearly no casualties
  • Speed and Violence of action
  • Fireteams did fantastic
  • Marked and cleared buildings with proper chem colors
  • limited talking when needing to CQB
  • strong 40mm
  • strong 249 SAW rounds
  • strong AT-4
  • But that CQB tho.
  • both fireteams were really tight and ontop of their orders and execution

Cons:
  • Too many squads in a section or a compound at once
  • People disconnecting before AAR
  • The Briefing was held 15 minutes early (this is not inherently bad) this caused troopers to be late to the standard brief.
  • Orders were constantly back and fourth movement between platoon intent and squad intent causing troopers unable to settle
  • plan was strange to the troopers, our objective to save a pilot was the last objective completed
  • a unusual number of air frame crashes
  • our kits were missing some important items such as HuntIR monitors with limited access to simple flare rounds (arsenal stuff)
  • the Exfil was a little messy, without clear and concise decisions it lead to half of the platoon over at the secondary LZ and half the platoon at the primary LZ which was actively a hot LZ

Pros:

  • Good OP.
  • Good communication and movement with 1 and 3.

Cons:

  • No bandages and saline in the start
  • Roughneck-5 units failed to detect survivors in the Black Hawk crash area.
  • Blue on blue situation
  • No smoke signal or chemical lights were used to guide pilots on the landing approach at the main LZ.
  • The Chinook collision in primary extraction was very serious. If that helicopter had exploded when it collided, it would have killed at least a dozen soldiers, including the hostage rescued.

Pros:
  • Really fun op, everyone had fun
  • Machine guns did a great job running talking guns
  • Good internal movement and bounding
  • Fun to get out of our standard kit

Cons:
  • Usual issues with desyncs that prevented gun teams from being able to fully function properly
  • Gun teams carrying different ammo than their gunners led to inability to link belts
  • A lot of rubber banding
  • Severe lack of fundamentals at the platoon level. Squads failed to work cohesively with one another to bound. We always need a set piece and a moving piece.
  • Usual issues with the CH-47s. I'd recommend we look at the vanilla one if we ever use them.

Pros:

  • Really fun operation
  • the smaller medical teams made for a calmer leading experience which was a really nice change of pace
  • Atlas 2 & 3 worked really well in cohesion with us and overall no over stepping of patient primary care
  • No black tags
Cons:

  • Some people could not attend due to the Contact DLC being used for one building placement and "DLC Required" being set for OP
  • I made a bad judgement call not double checking for bandages because I had never seen them get left out of base kits so I went out on the field in a one-life with none.
  • All Atlas elements were not made aware of bounding situation leaving 1,2 & 3 a bit far from all friendly elements except Roughneck-5
