Pros: The comms between tanks and infantry was solid

Cons: The restricted play zone and the lack of clear rules, the balancing of the tanks were not fairly mixed up and the OP that went against the monthly training

Pros:
Good squad and leadership coms
Good pushed and holding back the enemy infantry, even with the skill gap
Great use of 7-man - Jinto taking out MANY enemy vehicles & armour due to Grayson's flank
Armour did an OUSTANDING job
Allies did such a good job pulling us back to defend
Good attendance

Cons:
Lack of combined arms tactics used due to the scenario (maybe intentional)
Lack of prep led to confusion between infantry, armour, and leadership in general
Unclear on cap rule when it came to the next point
Meat grinder at times
Simple scenario with confusing rules

Solids:
  • Great team, communicative with marks.
  • Jaeger armor team was great.
  • Axis Infantry did great given the circumstances, they coordinated well together, but were unable to take the point.
  • Fox is the best gunner ever.
  • Hemmer is an amazing spotter.

Improvements:

  • Ensure the infantry teams on both sides are more balanced. Excellent shooters and squad leaders who go to EXFOR events and cadre all the time gave the Allies gave the win, in my opinion.
  • the OPORD didn't facilitate practicing the training goals for the last few months. More coordination on that front would be appreciated.

Pros:
  • My squad did an amazing job! They followed orders to the final minutes, and played their roles perfectly. We were able to identify and destroy multiple enemy outposts and garrisons with quick and deadly efficiency. Very proud of the boys I served with today.
  • The Allied team did excellent on operating each squad appropriately to garner the best success to secure a victory. Any position on the map that had weak points was remedied in a timely manner. Leadership speaking, this was executed perfectly.
Cons:
  • None, had a blast!

Pros: Fun Concept. Great push at the end.

Cons: Could have sent another squad to cap 4th point sooner.

Pros:
Squad enjoyed being in an infantry role as most were typically Armored Personnel.
Comms within squad were Top Teir, always had a clear idea of what was going on and executed all orders precisely.

Cons:
Operation left a lot to ask for. Did not really incorporate combined arms tactics as expected.
Little to no planning from Command. I believe planning should be prioritized not put on the back burner. I've seen other FTX with a lot of SL involvement with the teams' plan and I believe this operation would've heavily benefitted from it.
Rules were unclear from the start, resulting in a lot of confusion throughout the game.
Placement of troopers was unbalanced resulting in a pretty one-sided match.

First Lieutenant Lucas.A
Corporal Williams.S

Pros:
  • My tank crew did a great job adjusting on the fly when we got out-played a couple times
  • Lucas's ability to learn on-the-job and fully executing on the lessons was critical late-game
  • My armor platoon's ability to regroup and bounce back, eject armor out of the south while defending our friendly SPA was critical to set up the attack on the 4th point and ultimately take pressure off the 5th point to finalize the victory
  • Infantry's hold on the middle point was key in allow armor to control the south and accomplish the previously mentioned.

Cons:
  • Some felt the format of the OP disconnected infantry and armor from combined arms execution

Pros:
  • Fun to play an operation with tanks and infantry working together
  • Good callouts and commanding done by Avery moving the chess pieces during the match
  • Good response from the team to the situation on the ground
Cons:
  • Team balancing was a little off. I think it would have been better for both teams if some of the good infantry shooters had either been split up, or swap one squad over entirely
  • The briefing was over 40 minutes long
  • The tanks and infantry seemed like they were more separated than working together. I think an armor push with infantry would have benefitted the Axis team. It seemed that the rules of the operation forced the armor and infantry to not work together.

Pros:
  • Fun to play operation with good usage of tankers, SPA and Infantry.
  • Great execution of 7-man tactics to surprise the Allies.
  • Everyone performed well, Jaegers Armor did a outstanding job with the new privates they had
  • Axis Infantry did great given the circumstances, they coordinated well together, but were unable to take the point.
  • Good attendance
Cons:
  • Preparation part needs improvement. Ask a Commander beforehand. Try to follow the CoC and the current conditions in the platoons for it to. Planning would be the key benefit here.
  • Started to late, gave a lot of confusion to our new privates. Take the briefing time to let the teams setup a plan instead of being AFK.
  • Rules were unclear for a majority of people from the start, resulting in a lot of confusion throughout the game.
  • The OPORD didn't facilitate practicing the training goals for the last few months. More coordination on that front would be appreciated.
Notes:
At ours Platoon Staff request, we aimed to group the Jaegers more closely together, as we have been working on Combined Arms throughout the entire month. Thank you for implementing this adjustment. We were aware that this might introduce some imbalance; however, we strongly believe that maintaining cohesion within each squad is essential.

That said, this does not need to be approached as a strict A-versus-B structure. Highly experienced players can also be distributed evenly across both sides. Their ability to adapt, provide additional perspectives on gameplay, and contribute strong individual performance makes them valuable assets. They often carry matches and, importantly, create opportunities for others to learn and improve.

7th Cavalry Personnel Within Element:

Pros:

  • Outstanding performance of Axis tankers, despite crews consisting of mostly of new tankers.
  • Good performance from my crew (Burdass and Denocta).
  • Flawless execution of tactics and orders by my TCs (Rhodes and Koalafied) that led to us dominating the first half of the match.
  • Great command communications. Although there was a lot said at times we kept it accurate and clear.
  • Very fun tank to tank combat with the Allies.

Cons:

  • Even though the scenario was extremely simple, the rules were written in a confusing way.
  • OPORD design was of low quality.
  • Axis had no commander up until the last moment which is something that I hate in general in Operations - FTXs. I firmly believe that there should be a commander assigned at least a few days prior, so there can be plans made with the SLs - TCs. If none is volunteering, starting from the highest ranking person attending and below people should be taking that role, just as Sven did, credit to him.
  • We couldn't apply combined arms due to the rules, which is the essence of the Jaegers, but its fine cause it happens rarely.

Pros:
Was a fun and engaging FTX, the concept where tanks can't enter the middle point is good, but not for Jaegers.
Other guys in the squad had fun, even though we were all over the place.
we had great comms in squad and in between SLs and adaptability of said SLs was really and point and done with great efficiency.

Cons:
Had a small squad which hindered our efficiency on attack or defense.
Some pre-planning would have made wonders for us, since none of our squads had a designated role (great adaptability from other SLs)
Couldn't put out training or tactics to good use, since it mostly revolves around Combined arms with tanks and other vehicles.
