Major Frank Korfias distinguished themselves by stepping up during a period of significant transition following the retirement of the long-serving Company Commander and First Sergeant. During this challenging time, Major Frank Korfias upheld and protected the unit's culture and morale, even while addressing instances of insubordination and negative influences within the unit. He further strengthened the company by developing a reliable and capable leadership chain, ensuring stability and continuity across his Company. Despite facing a major surgery that temporarily impacted his health, Major Frank Korfias remained dedicated to his duties, demonstrating commitment to his troopers and the health of those in his command. Major Frank Korfias' exemplary leadership demonstrates his commitment to his troopers and reflects great credit upon himself, 2nd Battalion, and the 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment.​

Major Sindre Rodahl

For being awarded 1st Battalion's Officer of the Year in 2025. Major Sindre Rodahl distinguished themselves by being the prime example of an excellent officer within 1-7. Major Rodahl was given Bravo Troop at a very tenuous time and went through a lot of changes along the path. He has been steadfast and courageous as the Commanding Officer of Bravo Troop seeing them grow as a Company to almost twice their numbers while maintaining strong and dedicated leadership throughout this year. If it wasn't for his dedication to duty and sacrifice Bravo Troop would be a much different position than it is currently. Major Sindre Rodahl's exemplary leadership demonstrates their commitment to their troopers and reflects great credit upon themselves, 1st Battalion, and the 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment.

For being awarded 1st Battalion's Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year in 2025. He effectively led and stabilized 2nd Platoon through the Arma Reforger transition, the merger of the Reforger ACD into Charlie Company, and the subsequent spin-out to Delta Company, strengthening cohesion and combat effectiveness throughout.
