Captain Christopher John Donavan distinguished themselves since establishing Delta Company, demonstrating an exceptional level of leadership competence, and commitment since appointment in DEVCOM. During this period, they have been depended on to serve with distinction in an Article 15 Investigation, and successfully completed 13 operations, 2 classes, and led the 7th Cavalry's Foxhole AO through 2 wars. Beyond their measurable accomplishments, Captain Donavan exemplifies the focus all leaders should have on morale and brotherhood among his fellow troopers. He maintains the right balance between fun and military efficacy, and leads through a highly visible presence within the Company, embodying the values expected of a leader. Their enthusiasm, reliability, and willingness to serve wherever needed have significantly strengthened the Foxhole AO and cemented the confidence of his troopers, peers and leaders in them as an example of a dedicated leader. Captain Donavan's dedication to duty and exceptionally meritorious service are in great credit to themself and the 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment.
