Whether it's helping to oversee the Battalions, the NCO Academy, multiple departments, overseeing our Discord Server, or helping to set policy for the entire Regiment, CSM Nexhex has showed great leadership and skill by developing others, sending countless communications to provide transparency to all members, consistently held others to a high standard, has consistently been an advocate for all members, has conducted countless meetings to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Regiment, and accomplished countless other daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to help further the Regiment at a high level for many years. His technical expertise has also enhanced the unit's entire Discord experience and his Discord Server work has directly strengthened the Regiment as one community.
