His commitment to the Hell Let Loose Console AO was evident through his constant engagement, reliable presence, and proactive efforts to strengthen the community and improve the tactical effectiveness of his unit within the AO. He routinely volunteered additional time to coordinate operations, assist new troopers with onboarding, and provide guidance to leaders across the AO, greatly enhancing overall participation and retention. Upon assuming the duties of Company Executive Officer, he continued to excel by improving internal processes, streamlining administrative workflows, and delivering consistent, mission-focused support to the command team. First Lieutenant James Cain's exemplary leadership demonstrates his unwavering commitment to his troopers and reflects great credit upon himself, ACD, and the 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment.​

Lieutenant Colonel Dominick Maddox successfully fostered a culture of growth, new ideas, and excellence by leading by example, holding his commands accountable, training new leaders, and focusing on fun by being an active communicator and organizer across the Battalion. He's extremely active attending and leading in many operations throughout the year, contributes to multiple secondary billets with great dedication and skill, and consistently contributes many projects to better the Battalion. He's excelled at his duties and helps set a standard for all members and leaders to follow.
