Lieutenant Colonel Dominick Maddox successfully fostered a culture of growth, new ideas, and excellence by leading by example, holding his commands accountable, training new leaders, and focusing on fun by being an active communicator and organizer across the Battalion. He's extremely active attending and leading in many operations throughout the year, contributes to multiple secondary billets with great dedication and skill, and consistently contributes many projects to better the Battalion. He's excelled at his duties and helps set a standard for all members and leaders to follow.
