S3 Operations is looking for motivated individuals to assist with facilitating gameplay on Arma Reforger for players interested in the Arma franchise.

S3 Reforger Operations Staff - Core Responsibilities:
As Operations Staff in the Reforger S3 subdepartment, your responsibilities and goals will be as follows:

• Scout and test missions on the workshop that would be conducive to 7th Cavalry gameplay
• Organize and run events for Reforger once every two months in keeping with the standards of Arma 3
• Assist public players in connecting with the 7th Cavalry via our website and Discord when hosting events
• Track and fill out your accountability on a monthly basis
• Maintain the quality of operations S3 is known for

S3 Reforger Operations Staff - Ancillary Responsibilities
In addition to the core responsibilities, we are looking for applicants who can contribute to either of the following on a Quarterly basis:

• Create guides and documentation on best practices for running and organizing Reforger events
• Create guides and documentation to familiarize players new to the Reforger experience
