Update to Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal
ALCON,
The Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal has been updated.
Prior criteria: Awarded for team participation in a league operation against live enemies. Can only be awarded once per season.
New criteria: Awarded for team participation in a PvP operation against live and external enemies that led to a 7CAV victory. Can only be awarded once per quarter per game AO and capped at 11 awards.
Rationale for change:
- Intended to promote inter-clan PvP operations
- This will remain a statutory award, given to any member participating as long as the Cav wins the operation.
- Removes the ambiguity around what defines a "league" as this is no longer part of the award criteria
- Capped at quarterly per game because certain games, such as Foxhole, primary are PvP oriented and we don't want to create award bias against games that focus more on PvE, and also to lessen the load on the S1 department
On behalf of General Staff,
