Pros:
Could not ask for a better squad. Every member executed their roles perfectly resulting in us achieving all of our squad goals.
Excellent Comms in command chat, did not get oversaturated.
Great coordination for reinforcements when needed.
Love Non-Vanilla OPS

Cons:
None, one of the best ops I've been a part of.

Pros:
Good communication and movement. Squad Members did everything asked of them indicated targets of opportunity and shifted attack lanes into the Germans.
Took AA at first and held from all pushes all around. Cleaned Flankers out on the regular
Match objectives are fun and enjoyable, stretches the match out and reduces the mass casualty events to a small amount and increases gun fire and small arms combat.
Command Comms were great.

Cons:

nada?

Pros: Great fighting to push into enemy positions to take out spawns. Excellent QRF'ing to get where bodies were needed. Excellent identifying where the enemy was maneuvering and cutting those lines off.

Cons: Unable to move fast enough to get to enemy objectives before enemy reinforcements arrived and cleared us out.

Pros:
Overall, our squad had great comms, solid reaction to contact on enemy flanking attempts. They rebuilt the gate within minutes of its destruction and won their gunfights. Could not have been more proud of Hades, paired with Lieutenant D'Amico we were able to secure Pierre's Farm and hold it for the duration of the operation.

Cons:
Maybe a little organization on actual node placement overall, and some designated support players off the rip. Nothing that can't be honed.

Pros:
Flawless start from the boys
Good planning, everyone in B1A27 knew what they were doing for the opening.
Got some Halftracks into the works.
Got a solid line of garrisons up eventually

Cons:
Donk was slow with the shift to the East, did not adequately communicate that quickly, was running around like a chicken with his head cutoff instead of redeploying.
Could have gotten more build-ables down in those static lines in between Pierres and AA Network.
Could have used more Smokes on the Pierres pushes, but with 4 people probability of success was low.

Pros:
-Love this concept always have always will having multiple objectives helps to elevate the strategy involved and makes for a more enjoyable experience for all with multiple fire fights going on.
-Scoring system is great makes each decision and point matter.
-Great Axis play with MG's and the hold of Pierre's farm made it extremely difficult.
-Amazing work from all of the SLs Shout out to the infantry Leads Hellious, Hermes, Donk, Wagner, Maca, Stevenson. Holding down their assignments and flexing when needed was amazing to work with., Command comms were great and efficient. Amazing Job Every One!
-Tank Coordination was awesome, Banfield was Johnny on the Spot when needed.
-Big thank you to company staff for getting attendance and placement done with over 15 minutes to spare, efficiency at its finest and a standard that would be great to see across the AO.

Cons:
- I Love the Cav

Pros:
  • Good OP design, not too complicated
  • Dynamic use of three simultaneous objectives
  • Equal chances for both teams to prevail, notwithstanding player skill levels

Cons:
  • Broad horizontal single line of attack made progress difficult
  • German forces always attacking uphill from south, giving American defenders advantage
  • Match loss through point system becomes a forgone conclusion by midgame

None

Pros:
  • Defense held strong on Pierre's Farm for the entire match
  • Offensive pushes were strong, and very close to getting the Cap going on AA. We were able to flip Dugout towards the end of the match
  • Squad leads were very receptive to orders and quick to respond

Cons:
  • Last 20 minutes or so were inconsequential to the result of the match, though I'm not sure there's a good fix for this

Pros:
  • The overall design of this FTX was unique, creative, and interesting as opposed to a vanilla match. It was an interesting change of pace that offers more elements of what makes HLL fun. I personally enjoy the buildables and would like to see them implemented more in operations.
  • The communications between Mathews and I on Pierre's Farm was really tight, and we were able to work well together. Command comms across the board were solid, truthfully.
  • Our opponents at Pierre's Farm put up a great fight and kept us busy the whole time. It's one of the easier objective to defend in the game, but the enemy fought valiantly while trying to cross very open ground. It was only because of Mathews' and I working well together that we were able to stop all the flanks.
  • It was nice to see halftracks implemented for the FTX, and it was a good strategy for our team to rely on them as a backup. The opponents also recognized what we were doing and began targeting them. Wisniewski kept them spawned in, and Swanson was a big help bringing them up over and over again. It was also good to see that the Allies recognized what we were doing with the halftracks. Good situational awareness on both teams.

Cons:
  • The axis attacks seemed a little one-dimensional. A frontal attack is important, but having some more envelopment would have benefitted the Axis. I felt that our opponents were doing a better job at coming from different angles and trying different flanks. That might just be down to a difference in experience level, and playing challenging matches is the best way to learn.
  • After a certain point, it wasn't possible for the Axis to win. It kind of takes the wind out of your sails when you reach a point that even if you were to wipe the entire enemy team, take every objective, and pull off a complete 180, you would still lose. Rather than a system of accumulated points, maybe it could be simplified down to who controls 2/3 objectives at the end? I realize that we still would have lost had that been the goal, but I think the morale of the team kind of faded once we realized we were too far behind to reverse things. I'm sure the missions designers had a reason to structure it the way that they did, but I can't help but feel it does create a bit of an issue.

Pros:

  • Company Level: Great coordination between all squads - more specifically squads working together at one location
  • Squad to squad - Solid communication locally and via discord as well as between SLs
  • Wagner's squad provided strong enough on-point-defense that allowed us to branch off and attempt QRF on the heavy flanks
  • Extremely strong discipline within the squad allowing for instantaneous needs being met.
  • Great communication and work within the squad separate to everything else.
  • Impressed with the coordination between commander and PLT SGT: exactly the expectation every time this setup is utilized. This is how it should be done.
Cons:
  • Space out our OPs on the defending point (between the two squads) so as to not get them popped at the same time
