Pros:

• Turned lemons into lemonade with BR1 pulling out and a last minute shuffling of plans
• Tried a new asymmetric format and Op was well received
• Solid turnout
• Fire team format lets us place troops with their section more effectively
• One life format surprisingly successful. There seems to be a place for such Ops in the rotation
• New squad composition and Coms system remains popular

Cons:

• BR1 Pulled out of what was to be our first event with another clan in quite a while
• I expected closer engagements. Defenders could have used a little bit of an edge
• Related to the above, sticking to the schedule led to a fair amount of down time

Pros:

• Good communication between squads
• Accurate and effective movements through difficult terrain, especially keeping in mind we usually attacked frontally
• Medics did an incredible job keeping the unit alive
• Loved the realism in the operation, giving a bigger meaning to the lives of the players

• Communication and teamwork was great.
• Used support roles to keep our guys supplied with ammo and reviving them.
• Very fun operation

Pros:

• Fireteam did well together esp on defensive stand
• Great Coms and coordination within fireteam
• Fun time had by all
• Solid work by medic kept us in the fight

Cons:

• Led my boys into an open field under enemy guns in the last round with predictable results
