Pros:
  • Our crew did pretty good.
  • Didn't die to a satchel!
  • For the most part, communication between tanks was good.
Cons:
  • My lead TCing was NOT on point tonight, partially due to 4 crews total
  • Micromanaging tanks (every move) is not fun
  • No AT guns used by our team
  • Luchs is always at a disadvantage when its one medium vs lights and recons.
  • The garrison placement rules were confusing mid game; it seems both teams broke the garrison rule.

Pros:
  • Great comms, not too much talking over one another or complaining
  • All 3 platoon leaders were communicating with me and each other and Squad Leads did great at providing information when asked/needed
  • Response time to attack or defend or area's being contested
  • Liked the OPORD over all
Cons:
  • Teams didn't feel completely balanced this go around
  • OPORD could use some simplifying for troopers
  • Tank callouts need to be locked down battalion wide

Pros:
  • From crewman level to section level, the US Armor platoon executed their tasks and missions spectacularly.
  • Discord Comms between the four TC's was pretty smooth and not overly busy; even with the 3 layers of comms, it never really felt overwhelming.
  • Infantry's ability to hold ground and provide us sector security really allowed us to execute armor's gameplan within the overall team mission.
  • US Armor/Infantry dynamic felt very strong today
Cons:
  • Our recon's op-start definitely was a mistake that is below us, but it happens and made us pay more attention
  • Team command comms did get a bit much at times, but not tooooooo terrible
  • Armor callouts could've come with more detail, but the frequency of spotting/marking them were awesome nonetheless

Pros:
  • They had a blast with the operation
  • Had a cinematic shooting up of a German troop transport truck, great start to the match
  • Really enjoyed the ruleset on this one, fantastic map choice
Cons:

  • Couple notes about the Opport phases being confusing, but not overly

Pros:
  • Excellent Platoon, followed orders
Cons:
  • Zero pre-operational communication with Platoon Leaders on the Axis side that we were in-charge of planning. Finding out day of is a disrespect to the participating troopers, and an undercut (in this case) to your platoon leadership from the same Company running the operation. Unacceptable oversight
  • Quitters are a detriment to the overall experience of any event to their fellow troopers and need to be handled proportionately by their CoC
  • Armor and infantry cohesion was difficult to establish, as an armor-infantry company - we should be implementing & executing armor/infantry cohesion by now from both sides. Disappointing

Pros:
  • Very fun
  • Spearheaded and squad took Rear battery with swiftness and skill.
  • Squad was very attentive to directions and quickly responded to what needed to be done.
Cons:
  • Squad felt slightly useless without any anti tank measures. Having at least 1 satchel in the squad would alleviate this issue.

Pros:
  • Great work between tanks and infantry, multiple times I was being informed of danger in an area before I had to enter
  • The tanks continued to coordinate fire over the offensive line very effectively against the opposition
  • Inter-tank comms were wonderful and my crew followed the orders to a "tee"
Cons:
  • There always will be a imbalance in tanks with the lack of an AP Axis light tank
  • There were multiple times that we were left to basically sit and observe that can make it difficult on all of our ADHD brains
  • Quitters are such a bummer. I don't know how this can specifically be curtailed though without knowing specific complaints that we won't get because they left before a "hot wash"

Pros-
  • Fun
  • Good planning from the allied PLs and Commander pretty much knew what ground I was supposed to hold at all times
  • Squadmates were quick to react and call out important targets
Cons:
  • Wouldve like to have One satchel in my squad just so we didnt have to avoid enemy tanks entirely

Pros:
  • Our crew did very well.
  • Good in-tank comms with good positioning suggestions from Jinto & Spell.
  • Good Lead TC comms and infantry comms.
  • Didn't die to a satchel!
Cons:
  • Command comms a bit frantic, at times.
Suggestion:
  • Allow Lucs to go behind lines to flank since it has poor gun that's only effective against infantry.

Pros:
  • Fun OP
  • Specialised roles made teamwork more critical, some good moments was had in this one
  • Centralized starting area made it interesting and then expanding as time progressed seems good. Should keep things like this in most ops.
  • Uncomplicated plan, thought it was pretty straight forward. Squads functioned well.
Cons:
  • With only 2 AT squads it was hard to maneuver across the entire map especially when tanks went all out.
  • More squads, more cluttered comms. Evened out eventually for our side but this usually coincides with the intensity of the battle. It wasnt too bad however.

Solids:

  • Critical tank spotting from Cantrell. Essential to team success. Medal incoming.
  • Squad was very flexible, reacting to contact as it came, and moving to support other squads in their defense of the strongpoint.
  • Team was communicative and responded to important calls when needed. Best moment of my night was near the end when I called for help on the strong point and what felt like 8 squads arrived to help.
Improvements:

  • Notifying the Axis commanders ahead of time, as to who will be in leadership positions is critically important

Pros:
  • Great execution of roles by tank crew
  • Clear and concise communication on command chat (Barring 1 or 2 minor exceptions)
  • We could tell infantry elements were holding down their sectors & gameplan. That allowed us to perform our duty in armor.
  • Timely callouts by the team on enemy armor movements
Cons:
  • Infantry could've used additional anti-tank measures given that each side was fielding 4 armor elements.
  • It sounds like the rules led to a slight imbalance in power due to Germans having to use the Luchs most of the match (with reduced armor-penetrating capabilities relative to USA)
  • Team could work on clearing stale map markers faster

Pros:
  • Good squad cohesion.
  • Specialized roles made teamwork more critical, some good moments was had in this one
  • Great operational momentum later in the game with Kills, Garrisons, Outposts taken out.
  • Persevered even with consistent spawn issues/lack of.
Cons:
  • With only 2 AT squads it was hard to maneuver across the entire map especially when tanks went all out.
  • More squads, more cluttered comms. Evened out eventually for our side but this usually coincides with the intensity of the battle.
  • Semi-Complex/communicated rules caused issues mid game/spawning.

Pros:
  • Our crew did okey.
  • The new player, PVT.Harlow.M was willing to learn and motivated!
  • For the most part, communication between our tank and the infantry was good.
Cons:
  • The Leader for the Armors, seemed to have difficulity in communicating clearly with all the tank crews.
  • SPC.Jebediah.S had severe issues, with taking commands from me as an TC from a different Company, also resulting in him directly disobeying a direct order, leading to the destuction of our tank at the end of the FTX!

Pros:
  • All squads worked closely together to provide effective and swift strikes on enemy lines
  • Able to keep multiple hostile squads at bay utilizing key and concise communication
  • Destroyed multiple back line garrisons that were putting pressure on our point
Cons:
  • A TC rage quit towards the end of the FTX, minimizing our armor effectiveness and costing us a capture point. We were able to capture the point back but this affected the game significantly. We should never be abandoning those under our command because things aren't going our way
