Pros:
  • All involved had a good time
  • Plenty of tasking for Sparrow, lots of missiles fired
  • Insertion went pretty well
  • Resupply and reinsertion was excellent
  • When needed, the SERE portion went very well
Cons:
  • Some disorganization with aircraft, unsure of exact desires for aircrew, but we figure it out
  • I crashed two helicopters, the spatial disorientation got me with the night vision/night time operations
  • Fuel consumption was high and not being able to stay on station for CHAOS was not exactly ideal, but we made it work

Pros:
  • All involved enjoyed the mission.
  • Movements, spacing, and communications were good.
  • Leadership did well.
  • Slot flexing ended up working out.
Cons:
  • Sloppy FOB Assault
  • Slow Tempo
  • Low turnout in regards to slotting available.
  • NO MEDICAL

Pros:
  • Well planned and executed.
  • Limited casualties until the end of the Op.
  • Good Platoon coordination.

Cons:
  • Many fireteams stayed in a file formation while moving in open terrain.
  • Squads were both under-strength and over-strength.
  • Horrible noise discipline.

Improves:
  • Fireteam leaders adjusting their movement formations for best security given the terrain.
  • CAS focuses on taking out motorized, mechanized, and armored threats.
  • Talking is kept to a minimum.

Pros:
  • Fantastic inner-squad comms
  • Solid repeating orders
  • Great movement/keeping up/spacing
  • Great call-outs, reaction to contact, etc...
  • Great fireteam leadership
Cons:
  • Slower pacing
  • Could have used more contact
  • Entire initial plan felt like it changed
  • Need more people showing up for ops
  • Too much time stalled on the mark

Pros:
  • Great Fireteam Bounds
  • Fantastic coordination with -2
  • A whole lotta dakka
Cons:
  • Too much dakka, not enough boom
  • People need to shut up on plt comms and just go walk up and talk to their coordinating units.
  • Mass-casualty due to a BTR-70 having an amazing beaten zone wiping out an entire fireteam in a single burst. Skill issue, we should get better spacing.
