Pros:
  • A lot of fun
  • Plenty of action, with many MASCAS, IDF & enemy contacts
  • Good vibes & laughs within the element
  • High medical performance, only one blacktag in our care
Cons:
  • Chaotic at times, especially during the retreat to the south

Pros:
  • Fantastic team cohesion! FTL's absolutely on point, movements solid utilizing terrain and cover/concealment. Recon and planning expertly done and solid APs formed.
  • Flawless squad level execution of all assaults. Smokes, bounding, FTL-FLT comms humming and teamwork prevailed. Recon and solid planning ensured low casualties during all Assault evolutions
  • Outstanding mission scope, but the Scale seemed "off" (mentioned by a couple troopers). This will be touched on in CONS.
  • Recon is FUN!
  • Shoutout B4 for excellent mortar work during the assaults!
  • Fantastic Individual trooper discipline! OPFOR within 20m and we managed to avoid engagement.
  • Excellent turnout! Full Platoon!
Cons:
  • Platoon cohesion seemed off. This is likely due to PB ops next to a Large AO with OBJs being decently spaced. Maybe the mission should have been divided in 2.... a recon PB portion and an Execution portion.
  • Squad felt "under-utilized" at times. We moved, Reccied, moved again, reccied...all cool. Moving back because we left people in a PB (which was fairly obvious to OPFOR due to insert by the loudest airframe to ever exist). At one point B1 was "forgotten" and left over 1km from the rest of the PLT which was in contact.
  • Too much map clutter. Stop it or use different channels. Same with cTab....It was almost unusable at some points.
  • Being the "Assault Element", doing all the things right, being the first to the bunker, setting security on the bunker for 20 mins during a MasCas, waiting some more...then being told that we weren't breeching and clearing the Bunker was [{insert listExplativesHere, "x"]}, . Let's not do that again.

Pros:
  • A lot of fun
  • A lot lotta fun actually
  • Guys enjoyed the very 0-100 vibe from patrolling the base to a fighting retreat to a slow roll into a insane underground jank fight
  • Good clearing of objective granite from my guys especially, very clean.
  • Very good turnout
Cons:
  • The bunker was a lil janky even for arma 3 standards
  • Got a lil scraped by CAS at an unfortunate time
  • Patrol base security was difficult due to a lack of numbers at the base itself
  • Did not anticipate becoming the main radio comms for a patrol base

Pros:
  • A lot of fun
  • Plenty of action and tasking for flight
  • Getting a full crewed aircraft
  • A Sea and Land SAR rescue with active hostiles
  • Air dropping multiple crates multiple times
  • Great teamwork with all crew and with eagle flight and Bandit-5

Cons:
  • Time transitioning in ops sometimes throws aircraft off or breaks them
  • Need to learn more SERE related situations/BS calls
  • Grizzly-2 coming into the initial LZ and hitting troops

Element Callsign: Bandit-7
Element Leader: Sergeant Blake.H

Pros:
  • Had a lot of fun and felt very immersed
  • Turnout was fantastic
  • Outstanding coms from ATLAS-1 allowing me to remain tactically aware
  • Speedy resupplies handled by Bandit-5
  • Excellent self & buddy aid observed at a trooper level
Neutral:
  • Recon is good and fun but should be separated off from the assault phase mission wise
  • OBJ felt a little light on contact after being systematically worn down during recon phase
  • Patrol Base was a cool concept and we should do it again though it was a bit close to the OBJ.
  • Although its a very good idea to update our outdated PACE plan it should be done after pushing a cScripts update to enable the required equipment in the arsenal first.
Cons:
  • Multiple instances of blue on blue
  • Underground should be left to small scale PVP it sucks for AI
