Thank you S3 Ops for creating this on such short notice.

Pros:

  • Really fun brutal mission.
  • Good co-ordination by troopers in absence of command/SL's
  • Refreshing to play something other than the same old arma we usually play.

Cons:
  • We dont get to do operations like this enough, it gives a different experience to the monotony of standard operations.
  • The server being switched over immediately after the operation has closed instead of leaving it up for people to play MCC's for a time.
  • Its a shame we are only using this modpack for one mission.
  • Leaders should have had colored helmets or different armor to make it easier to see who the Leadership is.

Troopers:

Pros:
  • Love seeing everyone that helped to get the operation together on such short notice
  • Love the halo theme, would like to see more options for operations outside of the current modpack / trend (more themed ops)
  • Overall enjoyed the operation
  • Pelican did amazing with re-inserts

Cons:
  • Medical / Insta-Death was disheartening at times
  • No DUI radar made it hard to communicate / lead
  • Wanted Anti-Material Rifle available

Thank you very much, S3 Ops, for creating this on such short notice.

Pros:
  • Really fun and brutal mission with lots of contact.
  • Good co-ordination by troopers in the absence of command/SLs
  • Refreshing to play something other than the same old arma we usually play.
  • Communication with Pelicans 1 and 2 was good. They were quick to reinsert troopers and vehicles.

Cons:
  • We don't get to do operations like this enough; they give a different experience to the monotony of standard operations.
  • The server being switched over immediately after the operation has closed instead of leaving it up for people to play MCCs for a while.
  • It is a shame we are only using this modpack for one mission we should do it again.
  • Leaders should have had colored helmets or different armor to make it easier to see who the Leadership was in the chaos of the battlefield.

Troopers: First Lieutenant Sam.T (RET)
Lieutenant Colonel Dread.M (RET)

Pros:

  • Excellent work making a mission quickly and with an interesting mod set and "universe"
  • The scorpion tank is powerful, and we used the HE rounds liberally for groups of infantry as well as (occasionally) single counts of infantry
  • We engaged several armored targets and destroyed them relatively quickly
  • I've never played this role before, so having a couple of very experienced folks as my crew was an amazing backup for me
  • "We're going to mount you" from Cobra-2 needed to be in the AAR

Cons:

  • CEOI was changed to have the armor on the platoon net, apparently without any prior notification. Once we moved back onto platoon net it was very smooth
  • I ran out of HMG ammo pretty quick
