Pros:
Good effect when we got shoots out.

Cons:
I (Lucander) think the wake up chance is too low, when we go down after one head shot, but not really bleeding.
The platoon did not win the fight, before treating casualties.
Improve security.
Our SBF positions were hard to maintain.
4 had a hard time finding targets after the first Mad Minute.

Pros:


  • No black tags despite getting into some very sketchy situations
  • Despite being 3 man and even 2 man at times we were able to dish out some decent area fire and hit quite a lot of the convoy during the ambush
  • Song on C130
  • Got to hit the dismounts from the convoy pretty well even if they felt like clown cars with how many people hopped out
  • Nobody went down in any strange positions and were stabilized relatively quickly in cover while others dealt with the contact


Cons:


  • Enemies in CQB were just a lil tankier than I liked, at close range they'd take a second or two of full auto to go down.
  • Song on C130
  • Why is there always that one tree in the way of what's shooting me.

Element Callsign: Misfit-5

Pros:

  • Good Comms all the way from Trooper to Company levels tonight. Lots of PID calls during the breeching, heard calls to advise of friendlies positioning using BFT.
  • Misfit AOI 1 raid breech and clear was excellent. Great plan, executed well, great momentum. Great teamwork between SL's.
  • Excellent and accurate ACE reports were sent up in a timely manner
  • Staggered Column movements are always a welcome sight.
  • Medical settings adjustment: Damage threshold is spot on. Bleed-out timer and/or Uncon timer need a bit of a tweak I think.

Cons:
  • Lots of Blackhat attention was needed to ensure proper jump check in order.
  • We have to win the firefight before treating casualties.
  • Demo did not destroy the tanks despite having 2x blocks each.
NOTE: With the altered medical settings we need to adjust OPFOR AI amounts to compensate. 1 OPFOR FT can be a real problem for a squad now...and this needs to be tracked for OPs and Training.

Pros:

  • Good Comms all the way from Trooper to Company levels throughout the FTX
  • Bandit Platoon Jump was done flawlessly and at the same time as Misfit.
  • Accurate ACE reports were sent up in a timely manner
  • The Platoon Movement was swift and smooth from each objective.
  • Medical settings adjustment: The damage threshold is spot on. I think the Bleed-out timer and/or Uncon timer need a tweak.
  • The Platoon showed great improvement vs previous FTXs.

Cons:
  • Blackhat's attention was needed to ensure proper jump check
  • We have to win the firefight before treating casualties.
  • The demo was not brought by the platoon, making proper destruction of equipment impossible.

Pros:
  • Individual trooper skills were on point for the most part.
  • Great internal squad communication.
  • Plan seemed pretty solid!
  • Very solid jump. From transit to feet down, everything went smooth.
  • Good succession of command, though it could have been quicker.

Cons:
  • Enemies seemed a lot tankier than ourselves, taking multiple shots to the chest or helmet to drop
  • Inversely, BLUFOR felt too squishy. An argument can be made that it felt more realistic... but the counter to that is that Arma AI are notoriously accurate even through obscurement, and the spontaneous wake up chance is slim for even a shot to the arm.
  • Plan could have used some COI markers to portion off the raid compounds and make it easier to take the objective section by section.
  • No outer cordon was set, leading to a slog on the objective.
  • The ambush - although it went well - was too close to Misfit's. Leading to a lot of confusion on objective, and the AI were reacting to their ambush as well as ours.

Pros:

  • Medical settings were good
  • Lots of work for myself and assigned ATLAS team
  • Good coms with assigned ATLAS team
  • Good brevity on 56 when two -7's are using it.

Cons:
  • Too quick between movements with not much sustainment done between contact
  • ATLAS was held down at first OBJ because of black casualties on roof with ladder access only.
  • MISFIT-6 disregarding SITREP on ATLAS team at CCP
