Pros:
  • GREAT game!
  • Biggest pro: Anderson's satchel on friendly garrison for 17 team kills
  • Great tank coordination in all regards: internal to the tank, between tanks, and between infantry
  • Four grid was rough; however, this was a really fun idea and would love to do this again! (just not Foy)
  • We tankers really appreciate being involved in infantry pushes; keep updating us and having us move as you want and we will make it happen.
  • In a Sherman, we killed a Panther then PZ4 in about 1 minute
  • Huber? GOAT
Cons:
  • Opord rules were not consistent between two teams. This led to an enemy Panther being fielded; if we knew this was coming we would have reacted much differently.
  • Command comms were very crowded. I don't think anything was really missed, but they were crowded and made it hard to focus.

Pros:
  • Really intense from the get go, never a dull moment
  • Comms was really good and tanks worked very well together to try and cover as much as we could
  • Command comms was abundant with info
  • Marks were very quick to go up when called
Cons:
  • Only con was marks were not cleaned up as well as they could
  • Remember in command comms to say your section when calling out a mark

Pros

-Good back forth match
-shot up lots of flairs
-I used 5 full explosive ammo crates (fully depleted them)
-sorry ay i played a ruff roll so not much positives so here is another. The ftx can work very well. The multiple tanks was awsome! Just needs some refining.

Cons

-execution with the rule was ruff but made due. Maby add a admin watching on both teams to ref
-redeployed 29 times 4 flairs 35 total deaths.
-command coms got crazy… had a hard time letting ppl know where stuff was.
-frustrating dieing and running allot both me and my sniper
-lack of set up time in between going from def to offensive
-in accurate marks ( zoom all the way in to place markers) and del old markers
-a second recon squad would almost be nice! to share the flair redoply love

PROS:
These Famine boys held the NW of Foy with an AT gun and held that side with the greatest ability.

This FTX was massive improvement from what our SP was earlier in this week. It was great.

Cons:
Wish we had more guys overall this was alot of fun :)

Pros:
  • Very fun FTX. The way the back and forth panned out was really cool
  • Our squad really held their weight as a 3-man - we tied up a lot of manpower on our flank
  • Command coms were fairly good, though there were a few times where it got overwhelming
Cons:
  • Some of the garry placements for defense were a bit rough
  • Ruleset, or at least understanding of the ruleset, was not the same for both teams

Pros:
  • Really fun
  • Well balanced FTX
Cons:
  • Opord rules were not consistent between two teams. DIfferent AO on Attach for both sides
  • Rules were not followed for four grid square on defence at times

PROS:
  • Lot of fun, enjoyed the tug of war of Foy
  • Great job on the flares to show where the enemy was advancing or holding
  • Great comms in squad
  • Good information from command comms on enemy movement

Cons:
  • Command comms could get cluttered once in a while but overall good information

Pros
  • PLs did great coordinating their SLs and reacting to the constant change of enemy attack vectors.
  • Squads worked well ass individual units, especially with armor.
  • First Platoon held Foy in the end, great work First Platoon!
  • Second Platoon gave us hell, it was a well matched fight.
Cons
  • Command comms were a bit much at times. We all could use work on utilizing the Discord comms room more effectively in order to remove a bulk of command comms from the game.
  • Some issues were had with boundaries, may need to better plan where backup garrisons are placed so they are not so easily seen so they are not shot at from the AO.
  • Accidentally spawned a heavy, but made the fight interesting when we had to deal with a 76 attacking.

PROS:
  • A lot of fun. I enjoyed Foy's tug-of-war, which drilled the exercises of attack and defense.
  • Great job on the flares to show where the enemy was advancing or holding
  • Delivery of information from comms on enemy movement was good.
  • the initial push was done textbook, with great use of artillery, smoke, and 4 directional push to surround the town to take it.
Cons:
  • Rules were broken, the safety garrison was taken down 2x and the last time was in a crucial push and time crunch which prohibited us from establishing an eastern flank.

PROS:
  • Troopers and Squad leads I was responsible for deserve all the credit they responded to shifting requirements demands on defense and offense quickly and efficiently
  • balance seemed correct for the see saw effect that was the goal
  • The fist fight was good
  • axis forces enveloped well - on the very last push a sector north was left undefended by allied personnel - platoon elements crashed through fun was had
Cons:
  • Personally I do not know tanks very well and having two direct commands to tanks is something i would need work on
  • Bit small for the count of troopers for 4 grid
  • Command comms got a bit much - discord channels were utilized but the whole in game command channel was a slurry at points

Pros:
  • I believe this has broken the record of highest attendance at an A Co FTX with 90 attendees! Excellent turnout, especially for a holiday weekend! Thank you to our sister Companies for the support!
  • Goal of the FTX was met with the capture point of Foy flipping multiple times throughout the match - at no point did I feel this was a meatgrinder or slog like attacking an entrenched position can often feel.
  • As a team, it felt like each time the Phases changed we improved our reaction time to setting up the garrison/flanking garrisons or assumed our Section positions in Foy. Definite good practice transcribing to real matches on reaction times to strongpoint flips.
  • FTX balance was perfect overall, at no point did challenges feel impossible to overcome.
  • Lack of defensive Outposts meant Medics were given moments to shine and several Troopers were able to complete their Medic badges!
  • Platoon comms system did a great job at lowering the amount of unnecessary dialogue in command chat. Axis team had split Platoon leadership into different channels to use as communication, with Platoon leadership then passing up to command chat the essentials. Still had some breaks in the system, but it's something we can continue to refine for future FTXs.
Cons:
  • Accidental destruction of Allied safe garrisons twice. In the future, should emphasize locations of both teams safe garrisons instead of just the friendly ones to reduce chance of this occurring.
  • Panther was accidently given instead of just Mediums. Correction was quickly made however.

Acting platoon Sergeant for Bravo, Charlie, and Delta sections

Pros:

  • Troopers enjoyed the experience brought together by ACo Staff - Thank you for your efforts.
  • The concept worked out well. The goal of a constant tug of war was easily met. I think that not only speaks to the creators and implementation of the concept but to the skillset of each side.
  • Textbook initial assault onto the point. All squads met at their pre-designated points and waited for the call. Artillery hit the point and when smokes hit, all squads advanced at the same time. The capture of Foy was swift and deadly.
  • Strong marks on the map
  • Strong work with tankers - love it when the fat bottom girls focus so heavily on the needs of infantry. I think we meshed extremely well tonight. Quick handling of enemy armor such that the focus could remain on supporting infantry.
  • Outstanding defense on the fly! Stronghold!
  • The medics undoubtedly made a difference - nice work Docs!
  • I appreciate the minimal time to set up defensively. Kept the flow. Kept the action. Too many times were given far too much time to do something somewhat unrealistic. You don't pause the battle to give the newly acquired defenders 5 minutes to prep and place structures.
  • Consider the "safe Garrisons" just a little further from the point.
Cons:
  • Squad Leading 101 - ensure a constant supply of supplies via your support man to ensure swift placement of garrisons. STOP asking the commander for freaking supplies. Arguably one of my biggest pet peeves. Delegate. Make it happen.
  • Garri game offensively was WEAK.
  • First time being a Platoon Sergeant in an FTX. It went well. I felt like I could have played a bigger role in adjusting the squads as needed. I was caught up on Artillery multiple times, to which I volunteered.
  • Didnt feel the HE rounds of Artillery were effective despite the 15+ kills from it.
  • Be quick to adjust and remove marks on the map.
  • Command comms were at a 9 and we needed them at a, let's all take a deep breath. Typically we split up in discord. We didn't this time and I think we paid the price.
