Pros:
  • The most fun I've had in a vanilla game in months!
  • Great pings: when pings were cluttered, they cleaned up rather quickly.
  • MORE FNF
Cons:
  • Command comms were borderline between too much and the right amount most of the game, many times it went way over the line.
  • Splitting our team in two caused confusion; we might want to prep a two team layout and a one team layout for the future

Pros:
  • Squad did well capturing midpoint and then pushing to the next point
  • I always had supplies for me to slap down garrisons
  • Squad did a great job working with each other, and call outs were awesome
Cons:
  • Empty truck left HQ and had to come back, made us late to midpoint
  • Team cohesion broke down as soon as we capped midpoint
  • Command comms were cluttered
  • Spent all week prepping for this match to have the plan dashed at the last minute and swapped to another team.

  • FNF is now Official Operational credit

  • Balazova hit a crazy snapshot on an enemy puma
  • Had a lot of fun
Cons:
  • None

Pros:
  • Good turnout for new event.
  • Despite a last minute change of plan and scrambling of teams, Cav members kept discipline and good morale
  • Both teams fought hard and well.
  • Allied team was excellent at shifting forces as asked and was able to consistently recover on defense
Cons:
  • Multiple no shows caused us to deliver less than promised numbers.
  • I was unprepared for the way in which we split the teams. In order to quickly make the arrangements I transferred troops in a way that upon reflection left most of the leadership that had been previously briefed in team one. This caused an imbalance in preparedness. Particularly in light of the fact that we ended up playing against one another it was a shame not to have done a better job evening the odds.

Pros:
  • Command chat was clear
  • Our squad destroyed 6 enemy garrisons
  • We built 4 flanking garrisons, 2 with support swaps
  • We found many avenues of approach to get to the points, we had troopers flexing to our squad
  • Our squad (CPL.Moreau.M) satcheled 2 tanks
  • Good callout in squad chat
  • Our tank squad was very effective and reactive to call outs.
Cons:
  • Our squad was made with 3 airborne (1&2/B/2-7) but we were assigned tank escort duties. Would have been great to be assigned an airborne position from the get go. I took it upon myself after a while to do airborne stuff since i didn't see other squad do it and we did succed at it.
  • Like everyone said, lack of frontal assault. Thier defense weren't busy at all so everytime we were doing a move, they could easly flex on us if we got spotted and kill us or destroy what ever we had started/built.
  • I saw A LOT of squad flex in my squad coming from the other guests but none coming from the 7Cav. I didn't have to call it. They would just show up and fill my squad. They seemed to have good map awarness.

Pros:
  • Allied Victory!
  • 76 Kills!
  • FnF is awesome!
Cons:
  • Would have preferred a Cav v ESPT to really test our mettle. We did come through with more than 50 people though so everyone got a chance to play
  • TK's went up a bit in the end on my part due to missed comms. Should show more discipline.

Pros:
  • For a two man, we were effective at holding our zones of control and calling enemy flow
  • Good cohesion between squads
  • We lost the mid point cap but organized ourselves enough to take the mid and eventually the rest of the points.
  • Solid defense work after losing mid point cap
Cons:
  • At times there were defensive infantry in our AO leaving the hard cap itself a bit too weak imo.
  • We were caught extended at one point and had to scramble to get back to pierre's farm after the garrison was taken down.
  • Command comms were cluttered. Need to make sure callouts are concise.

Pros:
  • Overall good comms
  • Good markers and call outs
  • Did well reestablishing on Cattlesheds when we lost Pierre's Farm
Cons:
  • Comms could sometimes get a bit cluttered making it hard to communicate with my squad
  • Sometimes our defense over extended when it got boring sitting around.
  • Wasn't a huge fan of the last second split before the match but I get that stuff happens, but wasn't too excited about being moved to Squad Lead when I wasn't briefed on anything and had no idea what my squad was supposed to be doing. Didn't realize until near the end of the game that our squad was east strongpoint defense and not east 4 grid defense. I get that I was moved to SL because someone was late and that was fine, but when they showed up 5 minutes before the match, I didn't understand why they couldn't take the SL slot in their squad back since I'm assuming they had been briefed and knew what was going on. I don't mind being SL, I just don't enjoy going in unprepared though.

Pros:
  • Excellent turnout for the relatively new FnF.
  • Team came together quickly despite last second team split.
  • Everyone seemed to have fun, spirits stayed high throughout. Despite losing, prevailing attitude was "make them pay for every inch"
Cons:
  • Team lost momentum after taking mid point.
  • Once we were pushed back to second point, we lost any semblance of a front line. We need to keep a tough frontline.
  • Fallback garrisons need to be maintained. Initial loss of fallback garrisons nearly cost us the match much earlier
  • Flanking movements on enemy point always came from one direction. Need to open more flanking avenues. To the Allie's benefit, those lack of multiple angles were shutdown by observant supply hunters.
