Pros:
  • Strong fighting all around.
  • Minimal contact in predesignated AO that allowed, with permission, some flexing towards an offensive front.
  • While outside of our ordered AO, I managed to get an OP within 20m of the enemy hard cap that went uncontested for 10m. This allowed several troopers to constantly harass the point.
  • When the opportunity presented itself, with permission from CMDR, I deviated the squad from defense to offense pushing heavily into Pierres, which led to the capture of Pierres with the help of the rest of the team that followed.
  • Strong coordination with the AB group assigned to the adjacent sector (Warren <3 )
  • When the tanks requested assistance on the offensive, I took the initiative outside of my pre-determined orders and assigned my squad to escort duties. This allowed for a strong front to push into the Church. This also allowed my squad to be able to set up just inside the hardcap.
  • Our squad held our own in a small location within the hard cap at church that kept continued pressure on the point as the enemy pushed out.
  • Helped take Church which undoubtedly secured the ALLIED victory.
  • Strong and immediate discipline to flex to open squads.
  • Thank you CMDR for allowing multiple impromptu, but advantageous opportunities to seize the day.
  • Also: Tell'm Maines sent yah.
Cons:
  • The last-minute shift of people, while understandable, is extremely frustrating. People often sign up to play on the same side with specific colleagues. When time and effort are spent before the game with that mindset and that changes, it sucks the wind out of the sails and honestly bleeds into future efforts...as in, why waste the time, only to be switched last minute and I support that.
  • The start was a CF and they beat us to the point and took it. The beginning, center cap requires the entire team. Expect it in return. Anything less you might as well just hand them the point.
  • Some thought CMD comms were excessive. I agree. But easy to follow. So..?
  • Taking so long to write an AAR (sorry work sucks. I know)
