Pros:
  • Great turnout. Could have filled out a full 50 if needed.
  • Lots of money made for a great cause as well as building relationships within the HLL community
  • Got the W
  • Outstanding Arit use
  • Improved time to strongpoint
  • Good garrison game
  • Got our nodes up
  • Good offensive patience in round one
  • Good individual SL's
  • Good push with light tank in round 1
  • Great determination and individual efforts to recap point in round two

Cons:
  • Failed to reset and dig in on defense after loss of first strongpoint in round two
  • Need to improve response time when called back to defend
  • Lost important Armor assets unnecessarily
  • Com's can use improvement. Need to set some AO wide standards

Pros:
  • 1st match was done well good response to threats
  • 2nd match we pulled our butts out of the fire with only 7 sec to spare
Cons:
  • 2nd match slow to respond to reverse cap
  • Command coms started to get cluttered
  • TS coms need to be cleared
  • Only OIC and MC should be talking all others use ping system

  • Great local Squad Comms,
  • We worked well and effective as a unit, won most of our 1x1 fights.
  • We played as troopers learned on SPs
  • Lots of garris
  • We won

  • Slow start.
  • Command comms were clogged.

Pros:
  • Our squad did well, worked with Komar's engineer squad, built our nodes
  • Once nodes were built and the middle point was taken we successfully operated as defenders defending garrisons and OPs on the back side of the point.
Cons:
  • In the 2nd match, when we lost the point and our nodes, it was a struggle to get them back up
  • We played well when things went to plan, when things went the other way, we struggled to turn it around.

  • Much better situational awareness from officers than previous Ops
Cons:
  • Utilizing of recon plane more often if possible

Pros:
  • Good job to FTLs for taking a solid lead when delegated
  • Good battle/map awareness in regards to the need for defense points
  • Fast and effective initial push - 1st round
  • Good coordination with Artillery
  • Artillery hits first round were game changing
Cons:
  • Designate truck users at the start of the game so there's no confusion
  • The initial push on the second round was too slow
  • Faster discipline response when SL gives orders
  • More over-all SL map awareness
  • A solid defense is arguably the best offense
  • Realizing the need for a garri at the 2-line
